I cook “everything” with this Olive Oil, meats and veggies . I pour it over cooked spaghetti and vegies, I use it sometimes baking some cakes. I also use it over my bread instead of mayo. I make my own dressing salads using this oil too,

This olive oil is great for sautéing vegetables. I cook eggs in it for breakfast…nice crispy edges. Also good to use for a vinaigrette salad dressing. I buy it whenever the last bottle runs out. Good flavor.

I love my Pompeii olive oil to the very last drop!! It is the only cooking oil I purchase. I use it for everything. This oil has prove itself time and time again. I have nothing but praise for it.

this is always my go-to or the berillo? sorry I haven't eaten so I'm totally brain fog at this point with the name but you know which olive oil I'm speaking about. but it has little pepper which always get the robust. I like the fact that it is in a 68 oz. Not too keen on the plastic bottle but it does the job. I can't say if it has high polyphenols. I would think that it has a little bit but not as high as the ones that I get off of Walmart. those are in a glass bottle and you get 500 ml which it goes quick but supposedly it's supposed to have at least 80% high polyphenols. but I use this oil on everything and and everything that goes from boil eggs to meats vegetables etc. also using it with lemon juice to make a salad dressing for salads. I do like the price I'm glad I was able to get it at a lower price of $21 which was great. I wouldn't say take a tablespoon on an empty stomach for the polyphenols because I don't think they have that much but it does taste good.

I love the taste of this EVOO. The only downside to it is that it comes in a plastic container, but I transfer it to a glass container to use. The larger the quantity you buy the better the cost savings too.

I add a little Italian seasoning and set awhile then use it as my dipping sause for sourdough bread. You want a treat then substitute ALL the above with Walmart's house brands. Taste as good if not better and save some bucks. I'm going that route.

This particular brand of olive oil is well loved by my spouse. He uses this as his one and only salad dressing!

I only use extra virgin olive oil for all my cooking needs and to add over different dishes. I truly love this brand.

I have been buying this olive oil for over 15 years and haven't been disappointed. I mostly use it in salads. It's flavor is very aromatic not bland at all. As far as the price goes, it's a good price for the quality. I'll probably be using this as long as I can.
