My mother always used this EVOO. There are so many more choices available today, but I haven’t found one I like better. Great taste, very smooth and not at all bitter like so many.

I cook “everything” with this Olive Oil, meats and veggies . I pour it over cooked spaghetti and vegies, I use it sometimes baking some cakes. I also use it over my bread instead of mayo. I make my own dressing salads using this oil too,

I found the olive oil to be very robust. It performs well in uses such as salad dressing, especially salad dressing. My husband, who is Italian, says it is absolutely the best he has ever had.

My mother was using this olive oil 50 years ago when it came in a funny-shaped bottle and was the only olive oil in the store. Then olive oil became a fad and there were countless brands and types from all over the world. I tried many of them but came back to my mother's favorite brand. Mother knew best!!

Does not have a strong olive flavor. I read that it has been revewied by experts as being 100% olive oil, not a mix of other oils. One way to tell is the oil will solidify in the refrigerator, as this oil does. Very happy to be using healty oil without too strong a flavor.

This olive oil is delicious and I use it everyday for cooking, in salads or just to drizzle over sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese! The container is very large and I go through it regularly, but it can be purchased in smaller sized bottles. I like that it comes in a dark bottle to keep its quality preserved.

Love using olive oil better then corn oil . I used to break out with corn oil and vegetables oil!
