I like to drizzle a small amount in with my pasta & it leaves it with a nice flavor that is not bitter. It helps enhance the flavor of the ingredients while not being overbearing. This olive oil also makes a great base as a dip & pairs well with bread. I appreciate that it is a non-gmo product.

I like this product because it doesn’t have a odor and that it doesn’t leave a after taste. This product is nice and smooth and I would use sourdough bread and dip it in the oil like a good Italian restaurant does and it taste amazing. Quality is important in any product, but it's especially important when it concerns what we put into our bodies. With so many brands to choose from, it can be hard to decide which one has the best quality and is also affordable. When I saw this oil and tried it, it seemed to be the answer to my dilemma. This product comes in a reasonably priced large 68 fl. oz. bottle that will last a good while and since it's quality tested, I also feel good about using it. Another thing that I like is that since olive oil has been around for so many years, it's health benefits have had time to be well substantiated. It did take me a while to adjust to the taste since I had been using canola oil which has very little flavor but now I love this oil so much that I use it for almost everything. I've been using this oil for several years and I've never been disappointed.

I read the reviews before buying it, and I was seeking a good strongly flavored olive oil. This is that, but about 1 second after tasting it each time, there is a bitterness that you taste. I was surprised and dismayed at that. I never even heard that olive oil could have bitterness; I wonder if that tasting varies from person to person?
