Really nice and compact. Has hook and loop fasteners to keep it stowed and also well engineered legs for easy foldout and setup. The charging area doubles as a zipped pouch to keep cables stowed. Used it with my iGen1000 and it worked well. Slick setup. Note: Does not seem to be waterproof per manual instructions.

I bought this unit the iGen300s about a month ago and used it a few times. I bought it mainly because it is pure sine wave and for backup power plus its light weight and compact size, features, and easy to use and understand. I am very satisfied with the unit and may purchase an additional larger unit in the future.

We bought the Westinghouse Igen300 about a year and a half ago with high expectations. We used it twice for a few hours for power outages. After only a few uses we had a similar issue to the user below where if we tried to use it, it would instantly have no charge. When we tried to charge it, it would start from about 50% and within a few minutes show fully charged. However as soon as you unplugged it it would die again. Honestly for the price it's extremely disappointing to have only gotten a couple uses out of it. Since we are out of the warranty, we are kind of stuck so we will probably be looking at other brands just to see if we have better luck.

First: When I opened my package all I found was the charging battery, no solar panels. The charging battery works fantastic. I have been using the battery full time since late April. I have been charging iPhone, radio, flashlights and a number of other items that I use during the day. I do recommend this unit for the basic needs when you are not able to use normal forms of power.

I've had this product for a year and a half. I only use it occasionally and it has functioned well until recently. It charges quickly and provides power all night for my CPAP. Unfortunately it recently just quits after an hour or so (when fully charged) and must be recharged. The problem is, when recharged it charges to 100 percent in just a few minutes because it really is already charged. When I try using it again, it only last a few minutes then I need to repeat.

My brother sent me this as a gift. I live in Florida and just went thru hurricane Idalia. I am very excited to have this portable generator to help me thru the next hurricane and power outage. It will enable me to use a lamp or fan or charge my cell phone. It is so compact and light weight and even has a flashlight.

I bought one 10 months ago, kept it charged faithfully as per instruction booklet but when I tried using it a couple of weeks ago the battery had totally failed. I like the idea so got the failed one replaced. Hopefully this second one performs better. Too early for a product recommendation just yet.

My lucky day; won this powerful little power plant at a training event. It was charged up and ready to go. It can easily power my phone, laptop, accessories and not break a sweat. Built in light and LCD displays are pretty nifty. Displays and controls are easy to read and well thought out. More power!

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review for the iGen300s. It has failed after less than 2 years. It was great and worked perfectly for what I needed it for while it worked, but after not even 2 years, it doesn't hold a charge anymore. After showing a full charge, it will only last 20 minutes in a task that it used to last 6 hours. Furthermore, upon showing empty after the 20 minutes of use, it will charge to a full charge in only 20-30 minutes CHARGING ONLY THROUGH A CAR CHARGER. I'm not sure what happened or why, but it seems to have lost all of its capacity. And this was a unit that was used somewhat sparingly, perhaps only a few times a month. So, it was not excessively used in any way.

Works awesome and got here fast. Definitely will be able to enjoy the outdoors more now. I've been wanting to find something like this for awhile, and it's the perfect size. Light weight and portable. Lots of ways to charge it and use it — Love it! Thank you!
