I love the flavor of this coarse Black Pepper. It is stronger also.It lasts me a good while as I use less. It is just the best black pepper I have ever had.

It's ground coarse so that when you bite into a granule of it, your teeth act as a pepper grinder, ie, you get a strong "fresh ground" flavor due to that. Very enjoyable pepper taste.
