Never fully expanded. After weeks, they’re being cool with the return. But honestly, they want me to ship it back and that’s a huge ordeal when it’s half expanded and almost twice as big as it was when it shipped. Seems like a silly waste of time. Waiting to see if they’re going to send me two shipping labels. We’ll see! Even if it was fully expanded, it’s really not that cool. Just ordered two giant bean bags for almost the same price.

This couch is amazing!!! I have two boys who are 3 and 1 and they love it. We do builds and make slides off of the couch and bed as well. It's super versatile and very sturdy. We were in the market for a nugget and took a chance on this. We're so happy we did! I was initially sent two couches of the wrong color due to a vendor error and Sam's customer service handled it so well. Ms. Clarissa made sure we had the couch under the Christmas tree and we're so grateful for that. If any of her bosses see this, give her a raise! Do everything you can to keep her because she is amazing and she made our holiday perfect.

I was so excited to get this for my grandchildren. Great option for indoor activity and creativity! Very sad on my first visit to see the largest cushion put aside with a broken zipper!! :( I am going in today to see what can be done. I think they claim repair or replace. I’ll let you know. They do love the other cushions!!!

Somehow after ordering, the color of the item I ordered changed. So an hour after ordering, I contacted a Sam’s (overseas) associate, and they said the order has shipped and the color can’t be changed. However, 6 days later, I received a notification the item had just been shipped. I’ve been asked about my experience 3 times, and this is the third time I’ve answered that it was not good, Nobody has ever tried to respond with a “we’re sorry, or anything. I will never order anything online from them again. Also, my membership expires in the next couple weeks, and I likely will not renew it.

I purchased 2 sofas on Black Friday for my kids to play with and it’s dual purpose! We will be using them for sleepovers when friends/cousins come to visit!

Great quality! My 2 year old grandson loves it! His Mom loves it even more. She has a place to relax in the playroom too! This was a great Christmas gift!

My grandson aged 3 loves it and his brother aged 5 also loves it. I would say not to unpack it as it expands greatly and I had difficulty getting it to his house in my car.

I have a nugget couch and wanted another one so I tried this. The foam is not as dense and doesn’t fill the covers as well, so the cover always looks wrinkly. Its definitely not worth the price. Get the nugget!

My kids love it!! They play with it everyday. Ages 7,6, and 3. It's perfect for wintertime when going outside is more difficult. It's held up well and still looks new after a few months of my boys jumping on it.

My seven year old granddaughter plays and sleeps on these foam blocks when she visits. Then I fold them and put them in the corner when her visit ends.
