Somehow after ordering, the color of the item I ordered changed. So an hour after ordering, I contacted a Sam’s (overseas) associate, and they said the order has shipped and the color can’t be changed. However, 6 days later, I received a notification the item had just been shipped. I’ve been asked about my experience 3 times, and this is the third time I’ve answered that it was not good, Nobody has ever tried to respond with a “we’re sorry, or anything. I will never order anything online from them again. Also, my membership expires in the next couple weeks, and I likely will not renew it.

This was a great purchase. It’s been entertaining my 2 year old and 13 year old. We bought 2 play couches for a higher piece count and when not in use it’s tall enough to be a sitting couch in the room. It’s big enough to make a bed too. So far no zippers have broken and I’m hanging onto the warranty it came with just in case but we enjoy this couch already with no regret.

This will be the gift that keeps giving for years to come! I have a 10, 8 and 15mo grandsons. I actually gifted this to the baby but all three boys love it. It’s large enough for my daughter and all three boys to lounge on, so if you’re limited on space you might want to weigh that in when choosing this product! It’s very comfortable! The baby loves climbing, napping and playing on it. The older boys build forts and like to lounge and read books, play video games and watch movies. It’s been a great buy! I would definitely buy it again! I bought it on sale and the only color left was yellow, which I thought was way too bright and did not match my daughters colors at all, so I hesitated on ordering it. Once it came it and we got it unpackaged, the color was more of a muted yellow, not the bright gold in the pictures online. I’m so happy that I decided to purchase despite the color!

I am blown away by how much my 2 and 5 year old are enjoying their new “couch”. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and they are constantly using it to make forts, obstacle courses and to read on. It appears to be well made and the fabric seems durable yet soft. I’m not sure why it’s almost $200 for a piece of foam but at least it’s a good bit cheaper than it’s competitors.

I was so excited to get this for my grandchildren. Great option for indoor activity and creativity! Very sad on my first visit to see the largest cushion put aside with a broken zipper!! :( I am going in today to see what can be done. I think they claim repair or replace. I’ll let you know. They do love the other cushions!!!

We love these for our kids and have three of them. The reason I am rating a three is because the quality of the new ones has gone really down hill. We bought our 1st and 2nd about a 1.5 uears ago and decided the pick up a 3rd. We got our third and half of the pieces didnt expand corretly. No problem it happens with memory foam products some times. The corners and ended weee really hard. We exchanged it for a 4th one, and the same thing happened. Exchanged it for a 5th and same thing again, but not as bad. We were able to do the hair dryer trick and get the triangle piece and thinest flat piece to expand afyer working on them for about 30 minutes. The ones we got over a ueat ago a solid 5 out of 5. The newer ones have slipped so rating it a three. Still worth the hassel as the kids have a blast buolding forts and tumbling platforms.

I have a friend who has the very expensive rand of this and I wasn’t willing to pay that much for it. When I saw this for half the price of the name brand I jumped on it!! We love it! The kids are entertained for hours! Normally my kids get bored with new things after a few days. We have had this for over a month and they still play with them literally all day! They are even comfortable enough if you want to sleep or lay on them. Best value for the $

I bought this for my son who loves to build forts and lay in the floor. It still has not risen all the way Ans I don’t feel like it’s going to any more. The triangle pieces are the worst that haven't risen And the corners on the larger piece. We immediately took it out of the box when we received it.

My kids have really enjoyed playing with this. The reason for the low stars is because only after a week the zipper is coming apart on the larger pieces. It’s really fun for them and great for creativity. I’m just disappointed on how it’s held up.

Bought 2 packs of these, one from the store & one from online. The online one puffed right up! The one from the store took about 24 hours to puff up but they're the absolute best. My kids love them & have so much fun on them. My daughter had her cousin sleep over & they used them to build bed forts to sleep on. Perfect for ages 8 months to 8 years & im sure even older!
