[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds exceed my expectations! I'm use to the buds with the silicone tips that fit snug inside my ear. I didn't expect much from the open stick design of the Live Flex buds, but man oh man was I wrong! The sound quality is excellent! Great range from lows to highs and everything in between. The bass is impressive! The tech put into these makes no logical sense. They don't have that seal that the silicone tips provide, however, they are able to actually achieve ANC! They are comfortable and don't give you that aching ear fatigue feeling. They are stylish and sleek. My experience with the Live Flex buds hasn't been that long, but they are already my go to buds for work and recreation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great instant connection, even with the Flex still in the charging box, great shelf life as I haven't needed to charge the box until today and the earphones themselves last a long time on one single charge. Only issue they had was that they didn't fit my ear at first, but since it has been colder than normal, I've been able to use my beanie to keep them in check. They are starting to form fit to my ears, they stay in a little better. Even better, downloading and using the JBL app allows for it to be put in a noise cancelling mode which is a great thing when you're on flights from Vegas back to your home and happen to have someone who snores or can't control their voices on flights. Great option indeed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds sound amazing. They have the true JBL sound quality that a customer comes to expect. They fit perfectly into the ear, secure and comfortable. The low end is present but does not overshadow the crisp high and mid-range that JBL Flex Live delivers. I personally had no problem with the battery running low and possibly affecting the quality of the audio. Once I am done with my use the JBL Flex Live go back into the charging case. Of which, of course, has a USB C charging port. The connectivity of the earbuds are easy, fast and stay connected through their Bluetooth connection. The JBL Flex Live earbuds are easy to use and easy to listen to. I would highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the JBL Live Flex Perfect Fit earbuds, and I must say that I am very impressed with the performance. Right out of the box, syncing with my laptop and iPhone was seamless. I also took the liberty of downloading the JBL Headphone app for even more features that allowed for better customization of my listening experience. When I launched the app and synced the ear buds, I was presented with options that include: ANC, equalizer function, use of gestures, and set up of Voice Assistant to name a few. But the feature that made this experience particularly unique was the VoiceAware process. This step tests a users unique listening profile to customize the ANC and listening profile. This process does take a few minutes, but definitely worth it. I have owned several quality headphone products and these perform as good those other, and in many cases even better. I attribute this to the quality build of the product, but also the customization that was provided through the app. The Spatial Audio also improves the listening experience. I've had these on since they arrived and have been streaming music for roughly four hours of continual use, to include taking a couple of calls, and currently have about 80% charge left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Live Flex are comfort open ear buds but fit not quite secure for my ear also very good battery life. Bluetooth are quick connect. I don't like the Environment Noise Check it make the volume very low and I have to stopped before the sound disappears to make a volume higher. For an open ear buds the JBL Live Flex have a customized EQ deep bass & clear mids. Overall are very impressive.

Uncomfortable make ear sore

All my coworkers can finally hear me on virtual meetings as clear as being in the room with them!

I bought them last year and the store doesn't find them. I bought them in December of last year. The box is emptying very quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially receiving the earbuds, I was a bit skeptical considering that I am accustomed to the 'sealed' ear tip design. Transitioning to the 'open' tips felt like uncharted territory, but it was worth it. Surprisingly, even during extended listening sessions, the earbuds maintain a comfortable fit. Yet, it is worth noting that the trade-off for open tips is a slightly reduced effectiveness of active noise cancellation. The ease of connectivity was a pleasant surprise. Within 30 seconds of unboxing, these earbuds seamlessly synced with my phone allowing me to jam to some of my favorite tunes. Touch controls on earbuds have often been a source of frustration for me, but JBL has nailed it with their implementation. The touch controls are intuitive and hassle-free. A single tap on the left earbud toggles active noise cancellation, while tapping the right earbud handles music playback, calls, and Siri activation. All in all, these earbuds exceeded my expectations, offer a comfortable fit, seamless connectivity and user friendly controls. I look forward to using these earbuds daily :)
