Great product!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So impressed with these ear buds. They are lightweight and fit in my ears very well. They don't fall out when I run or walk even. I use them for work a lot and my coworkers have no issues hearing me not me hearing them. JBL is my favorite so I knew I would love these!!
Enjoying my JBL Flex listening experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the JBL Live Flex Perfect Fit earbuds, and I must say that I am very impressed with the performance. Right out of the box, syncing with my laptop and iPhone was seamless. I also took the liberty of downloading the JBL Headphone app for even more features that allowed for better customization of my listening experience. When I launched the app and synced the ear buds, I was presented with options that include: ANC, equalizer function, use of gestures, and set up of Voice Assistant to name a few. But the feature that made this experience particularly unique was the VoiceAware process. This step tests a users unique listening profile to customize the ANC and listening profile. This process does take a few minutes, but definitely worth it. I have owned several quality headphone products and these perform as good those other, and in many cases even better. I attribute this to the quality build of the product, but also the customization that was provided through the app. The Spatial Audio also improves the listening experience. I've had these on since they arrived and have been streaming music for roughly four hours of continual use, to include taking a couple of calls, and currently have about 80% charge left.
Easy Listening with Crystal Clear Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between work calls, listening to music, and tuning into podcasts, a quality pair of headphones is a must for myself. JBL's Live Flex earbuds provide just that. For starters, the earbuds are wireless and boast a 40 hour max battery life. The wireless charging case helps achieve this otherworldly battery life, and it doubles as a portable and functional case. The case's light bar helps ensure you know how much battery and recharge ability remains. It's light, sleek, and very responsive to when you remove or replace the earbuds. Having used so many different pairs of earbuds and headphones in the past, I was expecting quality sound. However, the sound quality of the Live Flex surpassed expectations. The audio is so crisp and clear across all volume levels and types of media. Transitioning between soft acoustic rock to thumping, bass-heavy R&B was seamless, and the sound maintained superb, crystal-clear audio. Podcasts and movies sounded equally great, and phone calls may be even crisper. A person on the other end of the line actually complimented the headphones because they noticed how clear my voice was. The Live Flex also has True Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology which provides a subtle, yet noticeable difference. Toggling it on, outside sound is seriously cut out, and I can really hone into a show or movie. Toggling it off, I can still hear the audio very clearly, but it allows me to hear some nearby sound which is handy to help notice someone trying to get my attention in the office or at home. Each earbud has touch controls which are very handy. It allows you to control nearly any feature necessary just by tapping the back of the earbuds. You can increase or decrease volume, skip, go back, pick up or hang up a call, toggle the noise cancelling feature on or off, mute, and activate a voice assistant. This is so handy for myself when I'm on the go or exercising. The earbuds themselves are very comfortable, easy to pop in or out, and easy to store. They have a very functional design. On the flip side, I did find them less secure when exercising which is why I deducted a star. Without a rubber layer around the ear form, they can wiggle out if you're getting more active than walking. All in all, JBL's Live Flex earbuds are phenomenal. They provide the best sound I've heard from earbuds, they have tremendous battery life, and they have all needed touch features right on the earbuds. JBL has a high standard of quality, and it's clear they aren't stopping there.
Great Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these. I use them w/my laptop for music and TV shows. Sound is great, they fit comfy in my ear. I enjoy the bass tones, very clear. The case is sturdy and easy to keep track of. I have yet to have a problem with them!
JBL Live Flex
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Live Flex are comfort open ear buds but fit not quite secure for my ear also very good battery life. Bluetooth are quick connect. I don't like the Environment Noise Check it make the volume very low and I have to stopped before the sound disappears to make a volume higher. For an open ear buds the JBL Live Flex have a customized EQ deep bass & clear mids. Overall are very impressive.
Superb sound but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sonically, these are terrific performers. Excellent bass even at lower volumes. The highs are crystal clear and come very close to audiophile quality. The build Quilty is very good, but the lid on the case seems a little thin, and if not careful, it looks as though it can be easily broken. That hasn't happened, but it's my impression. Battery life is excellent and the case is good for at least another full charge and a half. The buds themselves will last a full 8 hours. I did not get to try them out on a phone call, unfortunately. I do like the "flat" case designed allowing you to set the buds in flat as opposed to dropping them in vertically. I did have some trouble with them, though. I used an iPhone 14 Pro Max and I was unable to get any real volume. I tried messing with the app settings, bluetooth settings and the basic volume. No matter what I tried, I could not get any real volume out of them.
Uncomfortable make ear sore
Great for work calls!
All my coworkers can finally hear me on virtual meetings as clear as being in the room with them!
Disappointed
These earbuds barely lasted 4 hours of off and on listening to music. Plus, the charging case never tells me how much power is left. Maybe I got a bad set. Returning this set, maybe I'll reorder and try again. These fit in my ears for what I'm use them for and seem comfortable. But I have not had them for very long.
All the Must-Have Tech With Powerful Musicality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a business manager leading a team of financial professionals in a remote-centered work environment, getting results means being able to depend on the latest and best technology to digitally connect with my team, colleagues and stakeholders with uncompromising clarity and reliability. The JBL Live Flex ear buds offer an impressive fusion of features and value that does not disappoint. Whether it's the BT 5.3 connectivity that instantly syncs with all of my devices, or the 6 mic perfect calls that enable my voice to be heard from virtually any location, nothing was spared in equipping these ear beds with the versatility and technological readiness to complement the most demanding remote-centered work environment. As soon as they're removed from the charging case, the "true adaptive noise cancelling" immediately takes noticeable effect by bringing the surrounding environment to a near mute. Background annoyances like passing cars, a loud fan, or nearby conversations are rendered trivial nuances. This allows discernment of every word spoken by every attendee at MS Teams or Zoom meetings even when they are speaking over each other. Equally if not more impressive is how that experience is further enhanced by the "spacial sound" feature which replicates open-back headphones by imaging the audio around and in front of the listener instead of simply inside the ear. The result is a more realistic interaction with others during calls and web meetings without any interference from outside distractions. Meanwhile, I'm able to direct OK google on my android device to coordinate calls, update me on scheduled events, and set my alarm when traveling. Music quality is especially impressive through the 12mm neodymium hi-fidelity speakers. Bass response carries a resounding and detailed presence for classic jazz and various electronic genres. The spacial sound recreated the orchestral atmosphere for classical favorites like Bach Cantatas and Tchaikovsky's Serenade. And, the hands free voice commands allowed me to select playlists from my Spotify app through OK google on my android devices. Also on the topic of musicality, the JBL headphones app, which can be installed through a QR code located in the quick start guide inside the box, allows customization of EQ settings, noise cancelling, and other audio settings. The "perfect fit" design delivered effortless placement of the ear buds in the ear without needing to fuss with individual tip adapters. After following the simple instructions in the quick start guide on secure placement, I have had no issues with them losing their hold. These ear buds survived rigorous real world applications and surpassed the highest expectations. I would highly recommend them for users who want a class-leading combination of technological readiness sound quality along with solid reliability.
