The chicken has never disappointed me. We get at least 5 meals from one chicken. We start off with sliced breast for dinner then clean the meat from the entire chicken into piles for: chicken salad, soup, chicken broth, chicken fried rice, etc. With a little bit of additional prep work, I have at least 5 delicious meals ready!

I preface this with I am very picky when it comes to meat. Certain textures and flavors really bother me. The texture of these were fine but the rotisserie flavor was artificial tasting. I passed them on to the friend that recommended them. Won't buy again.

Too salty without a side dish to lessen the salty taste. Perhaps potatoes, rice or slaw. Adding barbecue sauce would also help. The portion sold is obviously for commercial use. Dividing the chicken into smaller portions is a must then freeze for later use.

Oh my gosh, this chicken is so delicious! Tastes like I made it myself, full of flavor but not spicy or too salty. Can be eaten as is or used in a myriad of main meals or salads. The pieces truly are bite size and each piece is done to perfection, nothing overcooked or dry.
