This is concerning as the meat could have gone bad or even been tampered with. There is no possibility that this was done after packaging as the box and outer plastic wrap remained secured prior to me opening the food to cook it. I submitted my concerns through the app to customer service and heard nothing back. Love the product. Hate paying for food I can’t trust. Wish customer service at least offered a refund.
