We love the gazebo and had it installed by Sam’s. We didn’t know it at the time but the roofing metal had a blue film to protect it from getting scratched during shipment. The installer either didn’t know or just didn’t bother to take it off. Now it is coming off on its own and it looks terrible. I would give this product a 5 if it wasn’t for this issue with the plastic film. It is to get it the removed now.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The kit arrived well packed in easy to handle cartons. Every piece was perfectly produced down to the last screw. I assembled it mostly myself with a little help from my wife. Everyone has complimented the gazebo and at least one friend is buying one.

It is beautiful and functional and provides us with great shaded hang out area in our backyard. My only reservation with this product is the price. There are other cheaper options out there but we decided to go with this one figuring “you get what you pay for”. The roof has received dents from hail but no major problems. And it has handled several medium snows already as well (CO).

The gazebo assembly went really well, and it looks great adjacent to the house. I did not appreciate getting an email the day I received it saying that to maintain my warranty, I would have to perform labor on the gazebo that would far exceed the cost. Better to just tell customers there is no warranty, as that would have been more truthful.

Tired of DIY gazebos that will not hold up to the Nevada desert winds? Time for a real gazebo! The Norwood is the mother-of-all-gazebos and will stand strong, through wind, rain, snow, and whatever else nature throws at it. Pro tip: Treat yourself to the "installation included" option and save your marriage and friendships. After all, you'll want those same people in your gazebo!

I bought this kit a few weeks ago, I must say that it is the best kit I have ever used! All parts were there and easily identified The directions were very clear and the app on the phone was also useful at times for clarity I built it in less time then estimated and impressed with the quality.

I researched different companies. None of then compared in quality. Sure you could spend less, but it would not be half the quality. The packaging is great. The lumber was in good condition. It is a big project. There are so many parts. Please keep everything organized. It probably should require 4 strong people, but helpers don't usually appear. My wife, son, and myself did the whole project in 2 days. I'm 54, my wife is 36, and my son is 13. The project goes together pretty straight forward. Have the correct tools and read twice. They do provide extra hardware in case you lose one. Overall we have been extremely thrilled. I would highly recommend.

We purchased the Brindlewood Gazebo to add a place to escape the strong sun in the summer. We were very pleased with the entire process. Fast delivery, easy assembly, and it looks amazing. We highly recommend. Note: The majority of the build was done by one person. We enlisted help of a couple friends to place the roof and lifting of the frame.
