I bought this unit for my wife as a Christmas gift. I have to say that this unit was failing, some type of intermittent issue, so failing here and there. I am certain it was just a switch of some type that was bunk from the get go. Although Keurig sent me a replacement unit with very little effort on my part, that was unexpected. It really is a nice unit, very consistent and always provides a great cup of joe. Keurig is for sure the best unit out there and I would recommend it to anyone.

Doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter and is perfect for a single coffee drinker. My favorite feature is it uses the amount of water that you pour in always making the perfect cup. I got the teal colored unit and it adds a great pop of color in my bar area.

I received the K-mini plus. It is not working like it suppose too. I need to return this item and I hope I can get another. I am not happy with this machine. I originally bought the big Kurig machine. I love that machine. Can someone be of help and send me a new machine

I bought this item in October 2022 and gave me nothing but trouble. After attempts to fix Keurig sent me a new replacement. The new machine is doing the same thing. The water takes about four minutes to dispense and machine makes a clicking sound when not in use.

Bought for granddaughter to use at college. Quit working after a few months. Descaling wouldn't work because no brewing activity. Keurig shipped replacement as soon as broken unit was received. Bought replacement unit, not Keurig. Now have new Keurig in box, ready for non-Keurig unit to fail.

I bought the products less than a years ago and I have a problem with my machine. I bought the K-Mini Plus as a gift for my daughter-in-law. She wanted one for her office space. The Dreamy Blue color is very pretty. It helps bring a tranquil atmosphere for her space. Really appreciate the deal that I got on it and the delivery was timely.

I needed a small coffee maker just for me because my husband doesn’t do the coffee smell (gives him a headache). This works out perfectly to where we can both be happy! Brews the perfect cup for me omitting the “coffee pot aroma” smell that fills the kitchen XD

In my opinion, the Mini Plus Coffee Maker by Keurig does not meet up the quality standards of previous models. The unit is very noisy when brewing. In addition, when the coffee is pouring from the spout, it sprays droplets outside of the cup onto the counter or surface.

My replacement has the exact same problem. IT DOESN'T MAKE COFFEE. I read the reviews and a ton of people have the same problem. It just sends water to the reserve portion of the unit and not brew. In addition I wasted a lot of pods, was told I would be sent some from Keurig and of course that didn't happen.
