I picked this one up so my wife could enjoy her tea without it have to use my Duo or put it in her officeif she liked. My wife went through the cleaning process and promptly sat down with our daughter who was home from College, for tea. That's when the weedeling began! She wound enjoy tea in her dorm room, she would love to offer her boyfriend a cup of coffee when they study, it's allowed in her dorm.......... Fortunately I never had it, but my wife will miss it!

I like the size of this Keurig because it fits in our camper perfectly and brews pretty much the same as the larger Supreme plus. You can make only one cup each time you add water but that was not a deal breaker for me. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

I began to put this on my Christmas list for my children to give to me but I knew they would not buy me the one I wanted. When Sam put it on a Christmas special price, I bought it myself for myself. Now I can have a perfect cup of coffee whenever I want one. Just one. Fresh. Perfect.

I've had other Keurigs in the past, but was looking for a single-serve for my office. I got the Mini Plus for these features: It brews up to a 12-oz. cup, it has a button to make stronger coffee and it has a storage area for 6 K-Pods. The color choices are great, too.

A compact machine on if the reasons I purchased. Am on my second machine first one didn’t last 6 months. I am not thrilled with its operation it’s not consistent which makes little to no sense? It’s a brand new machine. I wouldn’t purchase it again. I have owned many keurig products and up until now have had no issues.

So impressed with my Keurig replacement experience! A used Mini gifted to us by a friend proved to be defective and, when I searched Keurig’s site for support, learned that around 10 years ago the company recalled it and offered a free quick fix part for it. When I called the company they said the repair part is no longer available. Then the customer service guy asked that I return my unit to them and they would send me a brand new upgraded unit. They even had UPS pick up the old unit at my door- no charge! A few days later we received a brand new Keurig Mini Plus in the color of my choice, and have been enjoying it since!

I NEVER RECEIVED IT I was careful to change my shipping address before ordering the coffeemaker. You, however shipped it to my old address in Michigan. I frantically tried calling you, filled out your form, tried emailing you. NOTHING!! You went and shipped it to the old address. The new owner, who we didn't get along with during the home sale, is now enjoying our $80.00 coffeemaker. Your survey request is the first contact I received from you. So, based on that, what do you deserve between 1-5?

We bought the new coffee maker to replace our existing one which we have used since 2013 and loved. This new one is so much better. It makes the coffee hotter, is slimmer, and finally we can fit our paper cup under it without removing the bottom tray. The main feature is how you add the water. The way you added the water in the old one caused us a lot of problems. My husband would put water in and open the cover to drain the water down. He would walk away and forget that he put the water in and he would pour more water in and then it would overflow and water came out the bottom. This cannot happen in the new one. Thank God!!. The spout does not splash anymore. Being able to have a darker brew is a plus. The press and and brew is another great plus. Just about the greatest revision for this coffee maker that was ever made. Far superior to the old one. We love this one even more. Going back to the original, my husband says that this was the best invention and even better with the new one. Your designers get A pluses from us. Great job in the new design.

This is the third K-mini Plus Coffee Maker we've had, First one cost us the Replacement Cost because our Mom who we bought it for kept using it and it hadn't worked properly within a few months of the Purchase but she didn't think to call Customer Service. The Replacement for the first one lasted about 3 months and the water pump would never shut off. I called Customer Service and they had me run some tests, then decided to replace it at no cost this time (well within the Warranty Period). If you Purchase one of these Coffee makers, be certain to register it and call Customer Service at the first sign of any malfunction.

I am happy that I no longer share a brewer with coffee drinkers so my tea has no "side" of coffee flavor to it. However, the brewer spits tea onto the counter at the end of the brewing cycle - about a 6 inch radius from the cup. So that's not ideal.
