My original K-Mini Plus was a gift. I only used it 3 times and water stopped dispensing. Great Customer Service replace with a new unit. I have only used the new one a few times and have to hold the arm down to make it work. Maybe the larger models work better, but this small one needs work.

My husband & I do not use this everyday, as most people do. We use a percolator & a ceramic pour over pot. I wanted this machine for the convenience & love the idea you can make one cup of varying amounts. I have a Cuisinart single serve machine. I do not care for the fact that it is hard to make a small amount of coffee unless you fill the water reservoir to a minimum level. I use filtered bottled water. I know this sounds weird, but I did not like the fact that there would be water wasted because of this minimum level because I do not store water beyond the end of the day. I also like the fact that this K Mini Machine does not require storing water & it is a per use fill up. I would recommend this K Mini Plus Single Serve for a quick cup of coffee.

I bought the mini plus in Dec 2021 after the prior Keurig mini (a different style no longer available) stopped working after a year. I read the reviews many of which were critical but said Keurig replaced when broke. I liked the color, size & quality of coffee but after just 4 months it started making grinding noise and required two press downs each time to make coffee. I tried every troubleshooting activity and had cleaned with Keurig cleaner. It took 45 minutes online with a rep to finally have him pass me on to a supervisor who agreed I was entitled to a new one under warranty. So far this one is working but it's only been a month so I'll see what happens. There aren't competitors that I can find so you take your chances. At least warranty was honored.

I bought my new Keurig several weeks ago. I usually make a cup of coffee every morning. The mini plus is perfect for that. I especially like the convenience of storing k cups right there, and being able to remove the water reservoir if needed. The brewer hardly takes up any counter space too. I highly recommend the k-mini plus!

The photo shows a ceramic cup, which I assumed would be included. The cup was NOT included, and the product description should have specifically said so. I guess Keurig is too cheap to include it'd The power cord is way, way TOO SHORT to be useful. I had to go out and get an extension cord. I don't understand the manufacturer. How much could they save. I'd have paid more for a longer cord and a ceramic mug. Shame on Keurig.

I NEVER RECEIVED IT I was careful to change my shipping address before ordering the coffeemaker. You, however shipped it to my old address in Michigan. I frantically tried calling you, filled out your form, tried emailing you. NOTHING!! You went and shipped it to the old address. The new owner, who we didn't get along with during the home sale, is now enjoying our $80.00 coffeemaker. Your survey request is the first contact I received from you. So, based on that, what do you deserve between 1-5?

I love the size, but it’s confusing and doesn’t start brewing like my full size keurig does, when it starts flashing you think it’s ready and you hit the button nothing happens and then you wait and then you open it up and can’t understand why it’s not going and then all of a sudden it starts brewing so it is a little bit confusing.

I wish the water tank on the Keurig mini was about 2 ounces more to fill a mug. I have very low cabinets above my kitchen counter and the back half of the Keurig mini will fit under my counter but where it's raised up at one so I have a hard time trying to keep it on the counter where I can use it. I must keep it on the stove which I really don't like to do. So I wish they would make one a little bit shorter but have 2 ounces more of water. I know I'm picky but I live in a handicapped apartment and I am handicap and it would make my life a lot easier and I would use it a lot more.

Doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter and is perfect for a single coffee drinker. My favorite feature is it uses the amount of water that you pour in always making the perfect cup. I got the teal colored unit and it adds a great pop of color in my bar area.

This was for a replacement that stopped working. I am no happy with it. I do not like filling the reservoir every time I want to use it. I am used to keeping water in it. I will hold on to it for a little while to see if I can get used to it and if not, replace it.
