I had to call them twice over a one month period to replace a defective device - apparently they were out of stock of the color requested, but after the second call, service was second to none! They came through in the end ... otherwise they would have received 5 stars!

This was a gift for our daughter who is a new over the road trucker. This compact size is perfect for storage, with room in the brewer to store some pods, and no water reservoir to spill-water kept in a spill proof bottle. Making a single cup when she is ready works for her.

I have been using a percolator for years and was satisfied with the coffee but this year I had the chance to use a Keurig at a relatives house. I was impressed with the convenience and taste. I bought the K-Mini Plus and have been happy with the results. I mistakenly assumed I could brew less than 6oz. by putting less water in the reservoir to simulate an expresso shot but that is not possible. The brewer will not complete a brew cycle with less than 6oz. I have decided to keep this Mini Plus for travel and as a back up and ordered a K-Cafe to be able to simulate expresso shots. I am very happy with both the K-Mini Plus as well as the K- Cafe.

I Love the mini PLUS ! It is soooo easy ! You can pull the lil tank out if u want to fill it via the sink - or leave it in and fill it w/a water pitcher etc. And then the pod holder (which the regular mini does NOT have) is GREAT - it stores the pods AND fills in the space below the dripper when not in use so it looks very sleek and complete:)

Got my new Red Keurig few days after Christmas, this one came with a small storage unit. Its cute. I love thin streamline look, its rapid function. Im always on the go so this allows me varieties of flavors in minutes. Great investment. Keurig stands behind thier products !!

I NEVER RECEIVED IT I was careful to change my shipping address before ordering the coffeemaker. You, however shipped it to my old address in Michigan. I frantically tried calling you, filled out your form, tried emailing you. NOTHING!! You went and shipped it to the old address. The new owner, who we didn't get along with during the home sale, is now enjoying our $80.00 coffeemaker. Your survey request is the first contact I received from you. So, based on that, what do you deserve between 1-5?

I love my K-Mini. I had purchased the Teal Kuerig about a 11 months ago and it quit working and making hot coffee. The service department was super and really nice to work with. They replace my K-Mini with the Teal color immediately. I'm very pleased with the service and product. I would purchase again.

This coffee maker looked great with my decor, but it has a few problems so far. First thing I noticed while brewing is how long it takes to brew out a cup, and then it started having some problems with grounds coming out in my cup. I wasn’t sure at first whether it was the K-cup or the Brewer so to be honest about it, I’m still not sure. It just seems to have problems with one of the cups coming out cold. I think I’ll send it back.

I got this coffee maker after WFH (for COVID) becuase the norm and I missed the large carafes for coffee at work. I love this for making one cup of fresh coffee at a time, now that it's just me drinking it. At first I wasn't thrilled with this machine, it seemed really picky about which pods I used and some would only brew 1 mouth-full of coffee in the cup. After a few months it just stoped working all together. However this replacement one has been rock solid and just works every time. It works with any pod now and always brews the full cup. It's a great little machine for fresh coffee throughout the day.

Shipped fast and packaged securely. I LOVE how light machine is and the fact that cord retracts in back of machine for storing purposes when not in use to take up less room on the counter. I give 4 stars as coffee is not as hot as I would like when it comes out.
