Bought this nice little portable to replace my old one. We use this one when we're traveling. We hate the hotel tea bag coffee makers with floor sweepings coffee. This is smaller and I like that I can remove the little tank to clean it. The coffee comes out hotter too and I like that.

This is my second mini. Love the storage container and the quality of the coffee, nice strong brew button, and good temperature of beverage. Two negative issues. It doesn’t fit in the Keurig mini travel/storage case and my worst complaint is the short, I mean short electric cord! I can’t plug it in on my kitchen counter. It is necessary to put something under the coffeemaker to even plug it in.

I purchased this item for $59 tax and it broke. I was very disappointed. Brought it back and received a full refund of $62. Just went online to repurchase. The price increased to $100!!!! Why the huge increase in less than 2 months?? I should get it for same amount. It's not my fault it broke. Thank you.

I got a lemon!! I had to phone a poor English speaking rep when machine wouldn’t work. The solution was to use paper clip and insert into slots from which water dripped! Okay - that worked. Then…within 2 weeks, it shut down completely. I love the look, size and features of the machine BUT bought a cheap MAINSTAY to replace. At least it works!! So disappointed!!!

A few years ago we received a Keurig "Mini" as a gift and shortly afterwards we were experiencing troubles. It continued to brew weak, lukewarm coffee but after the noises began we placed it into retirement. One day, a couple of years later, my wife suggested we call Keurig. We had no receipt, but we called and spoke with a few representatives before being put in touch with Mike, a top level management employee. Mike wasted no time; he reviewed our prior conversations and issued us a new Keurig Mini. We are so happy to at last have a working brewer. We are proud to find a company acting so responsibly, and have been enjoying rich hot coffee ever since. Keurig, you're the best!

We bought this brewer to replace a similar one from another company. We are really impressed with the quality and features. We like the strong brew button, we use Sumatra and like our coffee strong and this unit delivers. We purchased this compact model to use on road trips, so we can have our own coffee first thing in the hotel room. We also use it on our coffee bar at home to make a single cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Excellent product!

I love the size. I prefer adding water one cup at a time, which this one does. Coffee tastes good. The color says smoke grey, but it looks more like black to me. I did not care about that. I thought that this was one of the models with a strength selector, but I was probably wrong. I would have liked to try that feature. Overall, very happy.

Love the size of this! I have so much more counter space. And, it brews a delicious cup of coffee every time. It’s a little loud upon starting, but other than that, it’s a great coffee machine. Very easy to operate. It has an automatic shut off, too which is great!

I bought this mini keurig to use in our RV. We went camping, I excitedly went to use my mini keurig - it did not work!! I contacted the keurig company and the product was so graciously replaced!! We wnet camping again. I excitedly plugged in the newest mini keurig - it did not work!! What is up with this produce?!?! Product is a great size love the color!! Do I throw it in the trash can???

Love my mini cup! I’m the only coffee drinker in the home so this is perfect! I had an issue with the machine but called Keurig as it was still under warranty. The BEST customer service I have ever experienced!! A few steps via email and my new unit was on the way! Arrived in days! I am a forever customer!!
