I purchased this item for $59 tax and it broke. I was very disappointed. Brought it back and received a full refund of $62. Just went online to repurchase. The price increased to $100!!!! Why the huge increase in less than 2 months?? I should get it for same amount. It's not my fault it broke. Thank you.

I got a lemon!! I had to phone a poor English speaking rep when machine wouldn’t work. The solution was to use paper clip and insert into slots from which water dripped! Okay - that worked. Then…within 2 weeks, it shut down completely. I love the look, size and features of the machine BUT bought a cheap MAINSTAY to replace. At least it works!! So disappointed!!!

I bought a mini Keurig in January. I’m not a big user, but I wanted a way to nake a quick cup of co for guests. I used it sparingly, every 4-6 weeks. A month ago it wouldn’t brew. It made noise, but nothing happened. I did a couple of YouTube fixes, didn’t help. I called Keurig and instead of telling me how to fix it, they sent me a new one. I was very surprised, but happily.

Bought this Brewer for my a family member that drinks coffee on occasion. The Brewer works very well and quietly The only issue was the Brewer won't do a 6 oz cup which is the minimum setting in the reservoir. If he only use 6 oz of water it will heat up the water but will not dispense. Tried to repair this over the phone with the tech line but they just said to send the unit back so I wound up buying a larger model not wanting to risk the same thing happening.

I love my Keurig machine. But I ordered three coffee mugs but they are all red. I don't understand why I can't purchase a yellow or blue mug advertised on the packages of your other machines. Slim, sleek, convenient plus it works incredibly well. No more waiting for water to heat, little mini heats water instantly as it comes though and it'll be piping hot water for sure. Love the strong brew button, all the parts are easy to clean - can't say enough this thing is great!

My original K-Mini Plus was failing. The problem was electrical… sometimes it would brew, other times would require fiddling with buttons or unplugging and re-plugging to get machine to work. One call set in motion an immediate replacement. Overall a pleasant, hassle-free, entirely satisfactory experience. Thanks Keurig for standing behind your product!

This was my first Keurig. I wanted a small one because its a secondary one that I use on the second floor of my house. I have gotten used to Keurigs now, and I like it. It is very compact. It was hard to find fill your own pods that fit because its a mini Keurig. It is very narrow but long. It sticks out almost as far as my bunn coffeemaker downstairs. I think it would be great for travel or an apartment

Coffee is a significant experience of my daily routine. My husband and I travel often and not having my Keurig and Green Mountain Dark Roast was a real downer. S-o-o-o-o-o-o, I purchased this Compact Single Serve Keurig to travel with us, along with 12-count boxes of Dark Roast. Best purchase I've gifted myself with in a long time! Wish I had done it long ago!

Am quite satisfied with this k-mini plus. Coffee temperature is good and performance overall has been great.Like the space saving size and for this single that is not always a daily user it's perfect. Company was very helpful in resolving my issue with original purchase and receive8d this warranty covered replacement in a timely manner. Have been a Keurig user for years and generally happy with products and service.
