It Works, Finally...

Our original Mini-Plus was purchased in 2018, and we traveled quite a bit with it until last year. I had purchased one to leave at a daughter's house in another state, so the original stayed home. It finally bit the dust in January of 2025 - not bad for all the mileage and usage, I'd say. Unfortunately, its replacement was a bust: the motor sounded loud, squealed when using the 'Strong' button, and it didn't seem to make the hottest coffee. After two calls to some foreign place [sidebar...], I finally got someone to listen and replace the replacement. This one works so very much better. It punctures the pod, heats up correctly, and makes the coffee right and without any squealing. It's kind of like it is how it's supposed to work. I gave it a 4-star rating because I have concerns that the quality control that was there before Dr. Pepper bought it is not as prevalent, and that others may have the same initial experience with these newer ones.

Service recovery

we purchased this Keurig for our RV and out of the box it was defective. Circumstances around this purchase and trying the product made the service recovery with Keurig more challenging than we expected, but we’re happy to say it was resolved to our satisfaction. We are in possession of a new coffe maker, and it works great. Perfect for single cups and easy to store in our RV.

This coffee maker still has issues!

I appreciate that you replaced my coffee maker with another identical one however, it seems to me that the design of this coffee maker has some flaws even though we have a brand new one and it works we still have difficulty when the water will not come down into the cup Worked around it by adding more water and using 2 cups to collect the coffee but it still has issues and I don’t for see the future of this coffee maker lasting long term. People will get tired of buying it because it has a deficiency, even though it can make a cup of coffee it’s not reliable And coffee pods are wasted as a result.

Great for a tight space

I really like this coffee maker. If you are tight on space it works great. The other reason I like it is because I drink decaf and SO drinks caf. The only issue I have is that this is my second one. Sometimes the k-cups do not fit correctly and it won’t brew. I got so fed up I ordered another one hoping this will be better. I ordered the gray and while it is a nice color, it is a bit flat. So far so good.

nice look, great coffee, but unstable

The coffee brewed is very good and the appliance looks sleek. I went for the slim design to save space, but in use it is a little tippy as I open and close the capsule compartment. I'm wishing I chose the regular size. The removable water compartment is not a great benefit because I still fill my cup and pour the water in from it. It is good for cleaning, though.

Skeptical it could be as good as the big machines

We have a larger Keurig that we are happy with that works well for us. But we were in need of a much smaller footprint. We were concerned that the coffee may not be as hot or as good as our full sized machine. We are fully satisfied that it is every bit as good as the machine it replaced.

Stops mid brew and shuts off

Three days after receiving this Keurig Mini, it stopped in the middle of the brew cycle and shut off. This would happen about 75% of the time. I had to unplug it, plug it back in, lift the handle, and start over. I think this is a recent quality issue because we have another Keurig Mini that has worked well for years.

Small But Mighty!

I love the sleek design of this model, as well as its space-saving features. I have a small kitchen and drink only one cup of coffee a day, so this size is perfect for me. I also really like the teal color and the fact that I can adjust my serving size and brew the coffee stronger, when desired! There are two reasons I did not rate this model five stars: first, it is extremely loud (much louder than my 12-year-old one that it replaced), and the cord often gets stuck in the storage cubby in the back and does not want to come out.
