This may be my tenth Keurig coffeemaker, including gifts. I loved them from the first one, and they seem to have evolved om the same journey that my desires and needs have evolved. I admit I bought this K-mini just for the teal color. It looks amazing in my little kitchen and makes great coffee. While I have you, customer service whenever needed has been exemplary making any small problems disappear with ease. If anything comes up, do call them asap.

I’m was unhappy that my old one cup machine gasped it’s last breath and ordered a new red one. It’s slim and looks great on my new grey & white counter. I’m glad it has a easier to see water reservoir, can change the strength and put in bigger cups (especially to go mugs)! So although I hate to buy something I already had I’m happy this one is better.

Had some issues with the unit not turning on. Have to do a bizarre set of tasks like remove the water reservoir, unplug the device, count to 10, plug it back in and hope it works. Also, the unit does not heat the water up to a proper temperature for most coffees. It works for most tea k-cups, as they don't require very hot water, but if you like a steaming cup of coffee, keep looking for other units with a higher capacity water heater system. But for a quick and dirty cup of coffee, this will suffice.

I had a malfunction of my mini and without any problems Kurig reps each it with a new one. I talked to customer support and they asked pertinent questions about my problem. Then they said a new one was one the way! What great support. I highly recommend this company.

I ate humble pie this week. You replaced my K mini as. I was having trouble. It was not the coffee maker but the operator. So sorry! I gave the extra Kmini to my granddaughter who is in college. If I need to pay for it I will. She was excited. Again sorry for the trouble I caused.

Love this coffee maker when it is working. Slim, nice looking and water tank can be removed for filling or cleaning. However the circuit board malfunctioned in less than a year. Keurig replaced the unit but took 3.5 weeks. The replacement could have taken even longer had I not called them repeatedly. They said the claim would be verified within 7-10 business days but somehow it was not. I had to call and wait for a long time to get somebody to process the claim.

thank you for replacing my K-Mini Plus but this one scares me. It makes like a snap sound every time I plug it in. I don't leave things plugged in. It is very loud and noisy. My first one was quiet and I still have to put the handle down twice for it to start the process. I am wondering if his replacement is a reconditioned one. I stand right there watching it when it is in use.

My K-Mini quit working properly only after a few months...I called and told them, and was sent a new one within a few days! Great response! I love my new single serve coffee maker! We use it several times daily! I like the fact that I use fresh filtered water each time. I make Chi Tea lat...so I run a cup of water thru after each use to keep it clean! Great little coffee maker...love the Red color!

We love this unit for home and for our RV trailer. Nice and small, has option for stronger brew, and easy to move. For stronger brew: add water AT LEAST 6 ounces! Insert pod. Press Strong button and then the big "K" button. The unit pulls in the water, goes quiet for a minute or so, and then you hear the water being heated up. Then it brews at a higher temp and pushes out the coffee a little more slowly than the regular brew. Warning though: If you put in less than six ounces, the unit pulls in the water, goes silent, and then turns off, leaving the water inside the unit. To fix this, add a little more water, and repeat the process. After a lot of confusion, I did the following test. 5 ounces made the unit draw the water in and turn off. I tried again with 4 ounces, and it drew the extra water in and then made a coffee with 9 ounces. I like this unit better than the nespresso we had before. Plus we can use refillable pods on the Keurig.

The photo shows a ceramic cup, which I assumed would be included. The cup was NOT included, and the product description should have specifically said so. I guess Keurig is too cheap to include it'd The power cord is way, way TOO SHORT to be useful. I had to go out and get an extension cord. I don't understand the manufacturer. How much could they save. I'd have paid more for a longer cord and a ceramic mug. Shame on Keurig.
