This is my first K mini plus coffee brewer. As expected, it does brew a “hot” cup of coffee. This is very convenient. Somethings to be aware of… The machine is very noisy when you 1st turn it on...a loud “grinding” noise. Once the noise subsides and you begin the brew cycle, it takes about a minute for the water to heat and begin brewing. The original mini plus I purchased was so loud that I returned it for a replacement. The replacement is still loud but not as loud as the 1st one. If not for the convenience of brewing one cup, I would return the second brewer.

I have used a Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker for 12 years; however, the current model malfunctioned the third month...pumped only half of the water from the reservoir and shut down forcing me to go thru the motions several times to get a cup of coffee; also, coffee was lukewarm and not hot. Keurig was very helpful and immediately sent a replacement!

My initial K- Mini Plus [purchased a year ago] worked flawlessly for the first year, then it started leaking right at the time the warranty was ending. I called Kureg support services and explained what occurred with the K-Mini Plus. The representative I spoke with was very understanding and sent me directions to file a warranty claim. Within one week after sending in the required documents & photos of the coffee maker, a brand new [not refurbished] K-Mini Plus [same color] was delivered. I was extremely impressed with not only the awesome customer service & support but also the very quick and efficient process for this warranty claim. Not many companies hold to this high standard in today's world, so to Kureg, I am very pleased and appreciative of your support services and customer-oriented professional employees! Thank You!!!

I had to spend about a week w/out it - broke due to a cat incident - and was actually unhappy about it. This doesn't *happen* to me! I was spending too much time at the vet and always appreciated being able to have a good, fresh, hot, cup of coffee. On the way home one day I called my dearest friend and said, out of the blue, "I need you to buy me one of these but a small one " "Okay . . ." Two days later this showed up, perfect color and after first singing it's praises on my Facebook page it's now an occasional comment when I sit down; "I still love my coffee machine." Enough of the story, what about the machine? It's slim and fits against a wall or tucked between other things; the shape makes it much easier than a round pot. No moving parts, sliding the carafe in and out. So easy to use even my terrified-of-kitchen friend used it. So quick that by the time I've tripped over and fed the cat I have coffee. Why did I want a small one? I've discovered that it fits neatly across a low pod storage drawer but the main thing is, why would I want a larger one? One cup of absolutely fresh coffee. (Guests and you can brew a second one quickly.) No burnt taste because you haven't cleaned the pot with backing soda recently. No fumbling to fill the carafe with water. No remembering to turn it of. And just one cup at a time, cleanly and quietly with no leftovers. Tea too, or hot water if I want to go through tea bags. No boiling on the stove. At first I was worried because you have to buy pods but even that has been reasonable. Why have I bought a replacement? I was cleaning the counter, it was on the floor, see above about cat . . . It's very sturdy - another plus - but not up to what happened. Online to get a new one before the day was up.

I am on my third mini Keurig because of problems with the unit. The company is fantastic about replacing a defective unit. They have been over the top with customer service. I cannot say enough about the Keurig organization. I love my mini, I am the only person in my household who drinks coffee. This model is all I need for just two cups of coffee per day.

My original K-Mini Coffee Maker only lasted 6 months which was disappointing because the larger Keurig brew coffee maker I had before this one lasted several years. Keurig replaced it with great ease and in a timely manner so for the replacement process I would give 5 stars however I am not sure how to rate the K-mini Plus at this time. I really like the single serve and hope this one lasts.

The K Mini has great potential. Great for campers. No counter space you can store it away. But why it's a great conversation piece to any home. Love the teal color one. You can bring on any road trip. So you always have coffee where ever you stay.

I had a couple of conversations with Keurig as my unit had stopped working. I have several of these including one at work and the mini unit which is my personal coffee maker. It took me a couple of conversations but I got to the right people and it had stopped turning on just after the warranty expired. They were able to help me out and two days later I had a new unit in my home.

I needed to replace my old, gigantic K60 Elite to reclaim some counter space as I only use K-cups occasionally now. This Mini is the perfect solution. It takes up next to no space, doesn't need a big water reservoir and still has the features I need.

the quality of the coffee maker is superb, the coffee and other hot beverages are excellent. The size of the coffee maker is a bit large for travel but the convenience of making your own coffee your way makes it a winner. The only real draw back is the power cord. It is nice that you can stow it away but it is SO SHORT AS TO MAKE IT USELESS. You will have to take an extension cord with you to be able to reach an outlet. I could not believe someone would make such a fine coffee maker with so great a flaw on a simple thing as the power cord length. I would rate five stars except for this.
