I've only had this K-Mini Plus for a couple of weeks but am pleased so far. I have had other Keurig models but decided I really only need a simple brewer. I am fine with re-filling the tank for each cup as I'm not fond of leaving water in a reserve tank anyway. It is kind of loud during brewing but that doesn't bother me. The strong brew option is all I needed. I got it in the light blue/green color which goes very well in my kitchen.

A few years ago we received a Keurig "Mini" as a gift and shortly afterwards we were experiencing troubles. It continued to brew weak, lukewarm coffee but after the noises began we placed it into retirement. One day, a couple of years later, my wife suggested we call Keurig. We had no receipt, but we called and spoke with a few representatives before being put in touch with Mike, a top level management employee. Mike wasted no time; he reviewed our prior conversations and issued us a new Keurig Mini. We are so happy to at last have a working brewer. We are proud to find a company acting so responsibly, and have been enjoying rich hot coffee ever since. Keurig, you're the best!

I got a lemon!! I had to phone a poor English speaking rep when machine wouldn’t work. The solution was to use paper clip and insert into slots from which water dripped! Okay - that worked. Then…within 2 weeks, it shut down completely. I love the look, size and features of the machine BUT bought a cheap MAINSTAY to replace. At least it works!! So disappointed!!!

Coffee is a significant experience of my daily routine. My husband and I travel often and not having my Keurig and Green Mountain Dark Roast was a real downer. S-o-o-o-o-o-o, I purchased this Compact Single Serve Keurig to travel with us, along with 12-count boxes of Dark Roast. Best purchase I've gifted myself with in a long time! Wish I had done it long ago!

I bought this coffee maker just a little over 6 months ago and the lift mechanism was defective. I notified the company. Spoke to a very kind and understanding representative. I received a brand new coffee maker, same model and color. Thank you. Now that’s why I’ve been a Keurig customer since 2000.

I love this little coffee maker. I bought this to put in my bedroom. It is upstairs in my house and I always hated to tread downstairs in the evening when the house was shutdown, in order, to make a cup of coffee. It is so nice to have this setup in my master bath. One recommendation, if I may, the little container that holds the k-cups should have a tiny little knob/handle to pickup it. It is very difficult to pickup and reset on top of the container. That is the only reason i gave it a 4 instead of a 5.

i dont like it its to light makes loud noise when brewing i loved my other one better i wanted one like my other one this one is loud light shame i couldnt gert the keurig k cup single cup thats what i thought i was getting it was light like this one disatified am hoping you send me a different one cup keurig keep watching the mail wishing

Brews a little slower than the larger Keurig brewers as there is no sitting water tank. The water you pour at the time you are making the coffee is the water that brews. Perfect for folks with limited counterspace. It fits in any small space, is easy to set up, and looks good on the counter.

K-Mini Plus was just what I was looking for to make a single cup of fresh coffee. The PLUS has a removable water reservoir which is easy to clean. It also has a contianer that slides in the coffee pot bottom that holds 9 K-cups. You can set it beside it for storage. I love the Aqua color! I would buy it again!
