I was torn between the K-Mini and the K-Mini Plus, and I'm so glad I went with the Plus! I purchased the red and it's the perfect color. The front storage feature is great, I love having the pods right where I need them! The removable water tank makes filling easy, but I can also full right from my mug to get the exact amount I need. All my mugs and travel mug fit underneath without having to remove the bottom piece. Overall super happy with my purchase!

I purchased one unit and had trouble with the operation of it at our cabin, even after it worked fine at our home. I called Keurig and they immediately sent a replacement. The second one works perfectly at the cabin and I hope will continue that way.

Works as advertised and a good choice for making a single cup of coffee. I use fresh ground beans and a drip coffee maker to make 24 ounces first thing in the morning and I use the K-Mini Plus to make a single 10-12 ounce mug in the afternoon. The same brand of Columbian coffee produces identical results in both machines. I liked it enough to buy another one as a gift. My first K-Mini worked perfectly until there was a problem with the brew switch and Keurig promptly replaced the machine because it was still under warranty. Replacement works fine.

We bought one in November and there was a problem with the unit. When we called to see if it could be replaced, they asked a few questions and then promptly sent us a brand new unit! We love the size, it doesn't take up much space on the counter, and we love the mug and strong coffee feature.

We bought this item in summer then it wasn’t operating efficiently so I contacted Kerrigan & went thru testing & they agreed & sent me a new unit! We live key right, have the large one for years @ this is a perfect size for our traveling needs! It works beautifully!!!

We have two of these, mine's gray, because I don't like to wait for my spouse to get their coffee before I get mine and we have different tastes in coffee. I know impatient. It is so simple and easy to use, you just put in the water, pop in the K cup, press the button and voilà coffee in short minutes. They sit side by side on the counter and don't take up that much room. Just keep it clean, don't overfill it and it will work well for you.

A few years ago we received a Keurig "Mini" as a gift and shortly afterwards we were experiencing troubles. It continued to brew weak, lukewarm coffee but after the noises began we placed it into retirement. One day, a couple of years later, my wife suggested we call Keurig. We had no receipt, but we called and spoke with a few representatives before being put in touch with Mike, a top level management employee. Mike wasted no time; he reviewed our prior conversations and issued us a new Keurig Mini. We are so happy to at last have a working brewer. We are proud to find a company acting so responsibly, and have been enjoying rich hot coffee ever since. Keurig, you're the best!

Was so disappointed when it came in the mail when I opened it, it was not in a box. I was giving this as a gift, and And also didn’t have any directions with it or any paperwork, but embarrassed to give it as a gift because it looks like a used item and it’s not nice to gift wrap the outside box 😞

I actually bought the K-Mini Plus Single Serve and gave it to my church for their rectory office. I thought that it would be better used than a pot of coffee for a small meeting or a guest or 2. It was greatly appreciated. And with the assortment of coffee, people had a variety to choose from. It was a great idea and very much welcomed.

I had the coffee maker for a few months before it stopped working. I called the customer service number and an agent immediately picked up. I was expecting a half hour of talking to a machine but after a very brief trouble shoot with the agent it was determined I would need a new one. It was promptly dispatched to me with a minimum of fuss (proof of purchase was required which I didn’t have but a photo of the Kuerig and its serial number is sufficient). Very impressive!
