I had a malfunction of my mini and without any problems Kurig reps each it with a new one. I talked to customer support and they asked pertinent questions about my problem. Then they said a new one was one the way! What great support. I highly recommend this company.

Our original Mini-Plus was purchased in 2018, and we traveled quite a bit with it until last year. I had purchased one to leave at a daughter's house in another state, so the original stayed home. It finally bit the dust in January of 2025 - not bad for all the mileage and usage, I'd say. Unfortunately, its replacement was a bust: the motor sounded loud, squealed when using the 'Strong' button, and it didn't seem to make the hottest coffee. After two calls to some foreign place [sidebar...], I finally got someone to listen and replace the replacement. This one works so very much better. It punctures the pod, heats up correctly, and makes the coffee right and without any squealing. It's kind of like it is how it's supposed to work. I gave it a 4-star rating because I have concerns that the quality control that was there before Dr. Pepper bought it is not as prevalent, and that others may have the same initial experience with these newer ones.

The first slim machine I bought would not dispense water to make coffee. The customer service after asking me to go thru a lot of steps to try to get it too work, decided to send me a new machine. This one arrived and sometimes dispenses water and sometimes not. The slim model is supposed to dispense 6, 8, 10 or 12 oz of water. However it will not dispense on anything less than 10 oz of water. I am extremely displeased! No, I would not recommend this machine!

We love our cardinal red mini Keurig! We bought it to take with us on vacation so we're sure we'll have a great cup of coffee every morning! It's easy to use and we love having the variety of several types of coffee to choose from when we're on vacation.

I am particular about my tea. I bought the single serving brewer for tea use and travel only. As any tea lover will attest, using the Keurig or any brewer after a coffee user leaves a slight coffee taste. That’s why I have a “ traveling” Kuerig. Pure tea all the time. I know call me crazy ! Thank you for in single serve brewer.

I goofed and gave a rating for the LavAzza coffee as I meant for the Keurig coffee maker. Lav Azza is the best. The coffee maker is a problem. Had to replace two from two different locations - the lid would not stay down when processing the coffee. Researched other mini coffee makers and went back to ordering two more of the Keurig. Nice size, good coffee, more quality as far as the lid goes.

Bought this last week. Well made nice looking. Bought the Evening Teal color and love it. I do find the instructions rather misleading despite having both pictures and wording to follow. Probably should call the help line. It does make the coffee but not in the expected sequence. I like that there's a container that slides out where you can keep pods. I chose to use a stainless steel re-usable pod and use unbleached paper liners that make clean up easy. I keep those in the container.The machine operates quite quickly- couple of minutes. The reservoir gives options to fill up to 12oz. The front drip-catcher base slides out for taller cups. After my Mr Coffee unit this takes minimal counter space and works for me making just a single cup.

Stupid thing only works part time. Push the button on top and it goes through some gyrations and the light goes out, but no coffee. Finally get it to work once, but that's it. No second cup. Yes I know there is a 6 oz minimum. I fill it to slightly over 6 oz.

I bought this single-cup for my office & am having fun with it. I customized with Mardi Gras colors & my nickname. I've had Keurigs for over 10 years and use them daily (home or office); so convenient for someone who only drinks 1 cup of coffee per day.

This is the best keurig coffee maker I’ve ever had! I love the small size and that it doesn’t store water inside the machine which always concerned me. This is my third Keurig and I highly recommend this. The best feature in my opinion is the option for strong brew. That’s why I chose this one (mini plus) over the mini which doesn’t have this feature.
