When I got mine, I immediately began to use it. I loved how quick and easy it was to use. It is very convenient for me because it’s small so it fits on my counter perfectly for me to just brew and go. This product has been working for about 3 months, it brews coffee to my liking. However, it makes a terrible owl screeching noise for 10-30 minutes, sometimes longer, after brewing. Apparently this is common, and there is nothing you can do but throw it out the darn window.

The Keurig K Mini Plus is absolutely perfect for my family and lifestyle. It is the perfect size for the counter and brews very fast. I love this product! I should have listened to other reviewers. I have owned 3 different Keurig machines. This one is terrible. I got it in December and by week 4 it was already making noise. By week 6 I had to hold down the top to get the water to flow. Now at week 8, I can't get it to work at all. I only drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day. Just received 8 boxes of coffee and am committed to 12 more boxes. Either I buy another machine that uses pods or I'm stuck with unusable coffee. Either way I'm out a lot of money. While it worked, the coffee was great. I used only bottled water which probably helped with the flavor. I will call customer service on Monday to see if they will make it right!

I've owned several Keurigs and this one is great for a personal office or a person who lives alone. It is quite slow to make the coffee compared to other bigger Keurig models. Like over a minute or two to brew, so I usually would do something in the meantime. It was a little powerhouse though and never broke or had any issues in the years I've had it. This model also comes in several cute colors and patterns.

I received this product in the mail today and immediately unpacked it and tested it out by making a cup of coffee. Needless to say this product is amazing! My first impression of this product is how easy it is to fit literally anywhere in your kitchen. It is so slender and sleek that leaving it on your counter top does not add clutter. It is the perfect keurig to purchase if you are a student like me and don’t have the largest kitchen. The coffee tasted amazing and I will definitely use this every day. 3rd Keurig. Very unhappy as I have had the same problems as many of the others who reviewed the smaller size. Water in, close and water does not drain. Have to try 4-5 times and then the coffee is warm and have to microwave. I liked the size but WAY TOO HARD to get this new product to work consistently. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT

I read a lot of mixed reviews before I bought this, but I don’t regret it!! Nice sleek design. It’s super convenient and simple to use. It gives me my daily dose of caffeine and I love it. This is also the perfect gift for college students! (I got this my last year of undergrad and I still use it everyday. Works great, no problems.)

I bought this for my daughter but have taken it over. I never wanted a keurig because I thought they were too large and didn’t like the idea of stale water in the storage tank. The simplicity of getting filling a cup of water, pushing one button and then brewing one cup of coffee is perfect!

I’ve had this a couple of months and I wish I would have bought a different one. It’s top heavy and cheaply made. It’s also very loud and doesn’t shut off all the time. I’ve had issues with it and I’m not happy with it. My older Keurig was wonderful so I’m disappointed in this one, buy a Keurig but not this one.
