Perfect size, fast and amazing experience

Using the Keurig K-mini Plus single serve is an amazing experience. This is an awesome product. First of all, is easy to use and has the perfect size to take it to the office, for travel, or whatever place you want. I need to admit that I fell in love with Keurig, this coffee maker has a perfect design, and it is sooooo beautiful, super fancy and has a professional look. Very high quality. Tip: The Keurig K-mini Plus single serve is on my bedroom now! You need to do this and you will wake up happy every day because your bedroom will smell sooo delicious :3 I love the smell of coffee in my mornings. Keurig now in on my top of mind. FIRST PLACE! Definitely ♥ I need to confess I am not fan of coffee but right now is essential in all my mornings! This product makes my day more colorful and fun. Finally, I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, and all opinions are mine.

Unimpressed

I was very excited to use my mini plus Keurig for the first time. Followed instructions, then brewed my first cup. Wait a minute, what’s all the noise and where is all of my 8 ounces? Tried it again. Same result. This is the noisiest coffee machine I’ve ever owned. Contacted customer care. Their suggestion was to clean the needles. Why would the needles need cleaning on a brand new machine. Next person suggested that it may be defective but offered no option on replacing it. I’m not impressed at all!

Love, love,love!

This is the second one of these I have bought.. since my first I accidentally jammed it up with coffee grinds. I was using the insert you can buy, so I could use my own coffee blend, and forgot the put the rubber seal in the top, coffee grinds leaked inside it and everywhere, voiding my warranty, it was only a month old. (Silly me) anyway.. I HAD to get me another. This thing brews a lovely hot cup in about 32seconds. Absolutely fantastic. I got the newer version that has the iced coffee function!

So Very Happy

I first purchased this K Mini Plus a couple of years ago and keep it at work. (Never knowing just how much I would Love The Strong Button) I purchased another for home, but after 6 months the strong button stopped working, believe my I can tell the difference when it doesn't work. I called customer service and they sent out a new one the same day and a return address label to return the one that did not work. I received the new one and I still can't believe the strong button did not work on my replacement unit. Again I spoke with customer service and they once again because it was under their 1 year warranty sent me out another replacement unit. I can now say I am so very thrilled that this one works Great. I love it. This Keurig K Mini Plus with the strong button is my favorite coffee maker and I just can't live without it. Thank you - customer service for taking such fantastic care of your customer's and keeping them happy. When I tell people of this experience, they can't believe just how well it was handled. You don't find customer service this good to stand behind your products the way you do. Thank you.

Disappointed Keurig User

I purchased mine back in December 2018 and regretted it from day one. This was 2nd machine and didn’t bother reading the reviews because my old machine gave me many years of amazing coffee. I’m only a one cup a day coffee drinker so I thought this would be perfect for me. I regretted my purchase after about a month when it started having issues with it pulling the water from reservoir. I did A clean rinse which I thought fixed it but found myself dealing with this issue about once a month. I read other reviews and noticed that this is a common issue. Very disappointed with company because they know it’s an issue but have done nothing to fix the issue. Please stop offering this model if you are not going to make improvements especially for the price point you are offering it at.

Does Not Work Consistently

I had to return the first one I purchased after less than 2 months of having it. The water pump stopped working and coffee would not brew. I will be returning the second one (I've had it for 3 weeks), as the same issue has happened, and if it does brew, the coffee is cold. I had to unplug it and press the brew button several times to get it to actually work. I've wasted several K-cups on cold coffee...

I received this coffee maker as a replacement for the K15 (which I Love, but just kept breaking on me). At first I did not like it at all. My other one was soooo much cuter and it was super fast and it was RED. But this one grew on me. Its not as fast but it works (so far) every time. No grinds and makes it hot. I would recommend!

Don't Waste Your Money

I bought one of these thinking I'd save money. Bad plan. It worked well for about a week and then slowly deteriorated. First it stopped making hot water - if you like tepid tea water and weak coffee-water then you'll be fine. Then three days ago it stopped working all together. I took it "apart" and clean everything but it's not like ti's more elaborate and dependable siblings. It's cheaply made and has but one real part - the water container (which will resolve the current issue) which can be removed. Tonight it look me 45 frustrating minutes to brew one cup (with three pods wasted) but I discovered how to "fix" the non brew issue. Plug the hole where the water is supposed to drain into the machine similar to plunging your toilet when it's plugged up and WHAMMO the water was sucked into the machine and it ACTUALLY MADE HOT WATER/COFFEE. So before customer service wants to contact me I've already ordered a more expensive, better Keurig and I'll just box this one up and sell it as used with a note on how to make it work properly. Bottom line - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's gonna break down just give it time.

I bought this coffee maker in the grey color about 3 months ago for college. I love the fact that it’s small and fits perfect in my room. I would say it was a little pricy, but it definitely makes my coffee and hot chocolate good. It’s easy to clean and manage!

My husband and I needed a more reserved Keurig. When this one came out we absolutely fell in love. At the time the price was pretty high but of course after several months it dropped. Only downfall is that it's a bit loud but nothing out of this world, It is great and it makes me coffee nice and hot.
