Second try

The first time I purchased this machine, it lasted 13 months. It malfunctioned just outside of the manufacture warranty. This was so depressing, especially since the company doesn't offer any way for the machine to be fixed. I couldn't find anyone to fix it and the company said they do not offer such services. It worked great before then. However, if the same thing happens again, this will be my last Keurig purchase. These things are too expensive for them to have such a short lifespan with no options for repair.

K-Mini Plus

I can’t figure out what is wrong with my coffee maker. If I use bottle or water from water cooler it draws down around one ounce and shuts off. I have to lift the K-cup lever 4-5 more times before all the water is drawn down and it starts heating and brewing, the result is Luke warm half brewed coffee, but if I draw water from the tap ( well water temperature doesn’t seem to matter) it will draw all the water down heat like it should and make a good cup. Why won’t it work with purified drinking water?

Thank you for your review. Coffee and tea are over 98% water so quality drinking water is necessary for a good coffee, tea or iced beverage. Never use softened water because sodium ions in softened water form a gelatinous mass around the coffee grounds and tea leaves, slowing down the extraction process and causing over-extraction. Complicated

I was given this as a gift and was super excited to finally have my own Kuerig. I have used multiple style machines via friends and family, and I have to say, I found this machine to be the most complicated of any of the styles I’ve personally encountered. The first time I go to brew coffee each time, the first fill of water just runs with no coffee, and I personally do not have time to wait for this first initial ‘water cup’ each time I go to make coffee in the morning. Also, its very apparent when to actually push the button the brew the coffee. I find myself waiting forever and fussing with it by wasting multiple kcups to get the right brew or I’m in a rush hoping this little guy does it’s job and end up with a grossly watery coffee. One postive is that it is tiny and sleek and doesn’t take much room at all on the counter, but I find this product to be difficult for how ‘easy’ they are advertising for.

Never worked!

This Kuerig coffee maker never worked from day one!! It takes 2 minutes just to start your coffee. Never a good cup! Not hot and the level was always to much or not enough!! We did follow the directions! I was ready to throw it out the window but we want our money back!

I got this as a gift before moving into college, and I loved it! It’s slim so it doesn’t take up too much room, and you put water in each time you make coffee, so water isn’t just sitting in the reservoir like other keurigs. However, it started screwing up and not working after only a few months so I had to get a new one.

It Worked Great for Almost a Year

I bought this in December 2019 and it started having problems in November 2020. For almost a year it made a great cup of coffee, just like the three other Keurigs we bought before this one. It developed a problem in the lid after a pod was put in. Sometimes it wouldn't start and sometimes it would stop halfway through the brew cycle. An electrical contact was not being made or breaking, and I could play with the lid and get a cup of coffee. I eventually got tired of having to work for my cup of coffee and bought a new one, but not a Mini Plus. Only one out of four wasn't bad, I figured I'd give Keurig another chance. Bottom line, maybe save your money and buy a more expensive model.

Keurig is a great brand for someone who needs one cup of coffee a day quickly. Pro is it makes your coffee quick and very hot. Con is the larger cup settings come out a little watery. You will be better off running two normal size cups to get the 14oz size.

Great Product Great Coffee

* I love coffee I drink at least 2-4 cups a day, I have a Keurig at home and at my office, I love them. When I got the complimentary K-mini plus single for testing purposes I was beyond excited I opened at work and put it to use. The coffee brewed to perfection, the quality was very good & tasted great. I really like how it has the strong brew option, depending on the time of day I like my coffee stronger the Others,So that was a great add on. Love the design it’s sleek and classy with the matte black and it’s the perfect size to put on your kitchen counter or even take out side your home. I love to go camping but I still need my coffee this is the perfect size to take and plug in to brew a single cup in the morning and enjoy nature. Honestly it’s the perfect! The quality of the brew for a single cup using the k-mini plus is just as great as my large Keurig classic. It was super easy to use just add water then the K cup and brew! I’m loving the new Keurig K-mini plus and would recommend it to anyone

Amazing product!

The Keurig K Mini Plus is absolutely perfect for my family and lifestyle. It is the perfect size for the counter and brews very fast. I love this product! Poor quality

I have had 2 of these simply stop working in 3 months. I make 3 to 4 cups a day and bought it for it's compact size as I live off the grid and space is at a premium. I am very disappointed and surprised at the low quality not close to my previous keurig which is still going strong almost 2 years now. Left it at our 2nd residence due to its size
