Bought this item about 3 weeks ago. It seemed to work the 1st week. Then things went wrong. The water is now not hot enough. It overflowed the cup 2 times and sometimes I have to push the button twice after I fill it for it to work. I have had a few Keurigs over the years and have had not one problem with them. This specific one is not worth the money I paid. I cannot return it because I don’t have the receipt or the box. Very disappointed.

I got this $$$ for Christmas for use in coach while traveling. The cord is too short to use and I refuse to use an extension cord over the sink. The puncture of the pod is difficult and I have to puncture by hand. One thing over the larger unit is the coffee is finally warmer. I put this unit in my home as old one died. Short cord again....bad design for us. I have to crook my neck under the cabinet to add water ....

Ordered July 2021 and it started having issues brewing within 6 months. It would suck the water from the reservoir but shut off before brewing. Called customer service and received a replacement. Had same issue with replacement within 3 months. This was my 1st keurig and will undoubtedly be my last. I really wanted to love it, but I'll be going back to my old reliable coffee maker that I've had for 20 years.

I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, and so far I am absolutely in love. The overall design of this keurig is slim and very appealing. They managed to compress the typically bulky sized machines into a skinny tower. The power cord even has a slot to be hidden in the back! There is a lovely container to hold pods too that fits right into the compact design. I didn't even have to read the instructions for this machine, it was so easy to use. There's one button. Just run water through it once and then you're all set to get your caffeine on! Your countertop never looked this good!

Brought myself an early Christmas present since my coffee maker died. Chose the K-Mini Plus and so glad I did. It is perfect in so many ways. The small size for my little apartment, and being able to make the size cup of coffee I want to is a big plus! Even to be able to use the K Cup Pods or my own ground coffee is fabulous! Don't know why I waited so long to get on the band wagon. I live in a Senior apartment building and it is nice to invite friends in for a cup of coffee and they can choose the kind they want, that's a special treat for them and me!

I purchased this Mini a few months ago from QVC and it came with 2 coupons for 24 pods each,,,,although they were expired I just talked to Amanda with customer service and she solved my problem. I love the convenience and no more old coffee to drink.

I used to have a larger keurig and loved it. I bought this one thinking it would be great and save some space which it does but it is the most frustrating coffee maker I have ever used!! It takes forever to make a cup of coffee I have to turn the machine on and off multiple times to get it to even brew. then once it is brewed I have to put my coffee in the microwave because it’s cold. I got so frustrated with this machine I threw it off my deck this morning and my husband just looked at me then started laughing.. don’t waste your time with this machine .. should’ve kept my bigger one. Will be ordering the model I had previously.

This Keurig has CHANGED MY GAME. Perfect size for my less than huge apartment kitchen counters! Brews so fast and leaves the whole apartment smelling like the best coffee. I love that you don't leave water standing in the machine until you use it next, and you can adjust how much water to put in for each cup. I am a fan that my travel mug fits in it, because I don't even eat breakfast unless I can take it on the go. The drip pan is going to save me I already know it, perfect for forgetful, busy coffee addicts. I love that I was able to toss my ugly bulky coffee maker, and this is perfect for my non coffee drinking boyfriend also, because we just keep a variety or different types of K cups in our holder and when I am done with my coffee he can have cocoa! The strong option is perfect for those late closes, early open shifts, I can feel and taste such a difference when I hit that button, and it pushes me out the door faster! I LOVE my mini Keurig!! I received it as a Christmas gift, and use it every single day. It brews the perfect single cup of coffee that I need every morning. Additionally, it takes up very little counter top space. I got mine in the light blue color and it looks and works great!

Purchased 2 days ago on sale for $49.94 and it work for 2 cups yesterday, 1 cup today and stopped working for my 2nd of the day and 4th all together. Returned it and noticed the price went up to 59.94 which is $10 less than original price of 69.94. The guy said its on sale now for 10 of so he handed me $10.80(80 tax) back. So now ive payed $39.94 which is great but i don't know how long it's going to last, hopefully, longer than a day and a half. 3 stars, mostly for the overall price.
