The only grreat feature is that of its small size. You would think that, after all these years Keurig would make a new coffee pot that actually makes steaming hot coffee! Its going right back to the store soon. I even called Keurig and they said that this particular model does not have a thermostat that you can adjust! Very unhappy customer!

I had a compact Keurig for almost 7 years that worked great and finally but the dust. I decided to get the Keurig mini plus to save on a little more counter space. I've never been so disappointed in the performance of basic functions of an appliance I've purchased. Since I purchased it 4 months ago, I've had to fight with it on a weekly basis. It will with take up all the 10oz or so of water and not brew, or only take up 2oz at a time and it takes me fighting with it for ten minutes to get water to come out. I don't expect anything crazy fancy from it, it just needs to brew coffee at all on a consistent basis and I'd be happy, but it fails to do that. Extremely dissatisfied with this product and will likely not buy from Keurig again.

I received the K-Mini Plus on Friday and have used it every day since then! If all you want to do is brew a quick cup of coffee/tea/cocoa, this is a great little machine! It doesn’t take up much counter space, brews very quickly, has a simple interface, and looks sharp (not cheap). Sure, the larger Keurig machines have more bells and whistles, like a clock, or temperature control, or a removable reservoir. But this little guy brews one cup at a time, perfect for individuals or smaller families that don’t need to brew up multiple cups at once. One negative I have is that the machine isn’t compatible with the reusable filter, which is my biggest beef with the k-cups in general, how they are not easily recyclable. But other than that, I really like my new little keurig! I received this product complimentary for testing purposes and all opinions are my own.

I bought this coffee maker recently and am extremely disappointed. It does not brew after pressing the button the first time. I have to open and close the lid, pressing the button, several times before it brews. It sounds like it is brewing, but nothing comes out. It takes at least 5 minutes for one cup of coffee.

I got this for my home because both my husband and I don't drink coffee, but we wanted to be able to offer people some when they come over. This is perfect because it does not take up alot of room but makes a great cup! I also bought the tea and hot chocolate pods and those are great as well! Because of it's size you do have to fill the water pretty much every time you make a cup. It was a pretty good price.

This is the second one of these I have bought.. since my first I accidentally jammed it up with coffee grinds. I was using the insert you can buy, so I could use my own coffee blend, and forgot the put the rubber seal in the top, coffee grinds leaked inside it and everywhere, voiding my warranty, it was only a month old. (Silly me) anyway.. I HAD to get me another. This thing brews a lovely hot cup in about 32seconds. Absolutely fantastic. I got the newer version that has the iced coffee function!

This product works how you expect it to work. Makes a basic cup of coffee as any other Keurig would. No difference. I just think it is too expensive for a single coffee maker. However, the keurig I had before this lasted a few years so I expect this to last a few years. This is great for the office

I received this complimentary k mini plus for testing purposes. 100% my honest review. I have always wanted to purchase a Keurig coffee machine but due to other priorities I have with my children I want able to get one. I was waiting for black Friday to purchase one but I was lucky to have received this k mini plus. I am a stay at home mom and have 3 kids. I am a busy mom who needs to be wide awake for daily challenges. After trying the k mini plus every day I am truly thankful and happy with my machine. It's so convenient and easy to use. I love that it fits anywhere. I also love that it has a strong brew button option because i love me some strong coffee. Comes with a pod storage designed to fit my brewer. This machine is for a 6 to 12 oz Cup and has a removable one cup reservoir just add water each time it also has a max line so you know where to stop pouring water. My k mini plus is fast and I get to enjoy my delicious fresh cup of coffee in minutes.

This came in the mail today...I tried it out and it does not work at all! The water “brews” immediately and is ice cold...and it sprays water EVERYWHERE but the cup it seems...I was very excited about my first Keurig and now I have to go through the hassle of returning it because it is broken right out of the box. Very disappointed!!

So far its been ok. It’s definitely alot louder than other machines I’ve used in the past, (been a coffee drinker for about 30 years), so I’ve owned many other coffee makers. This is also probably the slimmest single serve one I’ve ever owned. I don’t really like the plastic look and feel of it too much. Many reviewers say they like the way it looks, but I think it looks very different in person than online...looks kinda cheap. 😣 I really like the ease of clean-up.
