I bought my Kuerig mini pro from Kohls and had to take it back because it wouldn't brew a cup of coffee. exchanged it for a new on and this one works but coffee is lukewarm. I have to heat in the microwave. Will be returning this and not purchasing another.

I received this for free from Influenster and I am so happy with it. Thank you to Influenster and Keurig for this product! It is a great size. The coffee that came with it is great. This is the best coffee maker I've ever had and it makes just one cup at a time. Makes me wish I had a bigger one!

I like this Keurig because it's small and I don't have a whole lot of counter space but it has a lot of flaws too. I can't leave it plugged in because it won't brew correctly when I turn it on, sometimes I need to press the brew button multiple times just to get it to take in the water for one cup of coffee, which is a pain.

This thing is so hard to clean! To the coffee grounds that collect in the inside rim, to the ones down inside, underneath the spout. Even taking that out, its near impossible to reach them. It also takes forever to heat up and make a cup. Definitely get what you pay for.

This is the perfect coffee maker on the market for us. My son drinks one cup before he goes to work, and I drink two. Rather than pour out a full coffee pot for three cups, this works perfectly for us! Keurig is the best made anyway! Now we have a variety of coffee k cup pods to choose from for our individual cups of coffee! I love it!!!

I bought this for an extended work trip and then to use in my office. It's been a complete disappointment. Regardless of how much (or how little) water you put in the reservoir, you get inconsistent brew sizes. I put it enough for a travel mug and I get a 6 oz. I put in 6 oz and get an overflowing coffee cup. Also, it makes a mess. The weak stream spits everywhere, so unless you have a tall mug, coffee gets splattered on everything. Complete waste of money.

This is my first Keurig and I have an auto drip coffee maker, an nespresso, French press and pour over. The Keurig is great for a single cup of coffee when you are rushing to get ready in the morning. The slim design is perfect - I have limited counter top space it works great. I love that the k-cups can be stored without taking up extra room. My one critique is that I wish the water holder was a bit larger to hold 24 oz. it’s a tad annoying to fill it up each time you want a cup. 12oz really isn’t much when you have an extra large mug to fill! That’s why I gave it 4 stars. It brews a strong cup of coffee without even having to use the ‘stronger’ feature. Set up was a breeze - run water through it once and you are ready to go. Compared to th nespresso it takes longer but that makes sense it’s its brewing a full cup of coffee vs an espresso shot. It’s also louder than the nespresso but that doesn’t bother me. Compared to a full size Keurig I do think it brews faster! Overall happy with this product and the addition to my coffee appliances. Purchased this for my office. Pretty noisy for the size but felt I could live with that. And now four months later it is not pumping water. I have gone through a few full size keurig coffee makers over the years and they have always performed pretty well, in fact we just bought the keurig elite and it works great, but this little guy is of very poor quality and poorly designed. Looks great, but does not work as it should, especially for the cost.

This was a replacement for another Keurig machine that was only 2 years old & broke. I purchased this cheaper model just to use up all the Keurig pods we have. It’s loud and makes a grinding noise when it brews. This is the LAST brewer we will be purchasing. We have gone through 3 brewers in the last 6 years. We maintain them according to the manufacturer instructions and they still don’t last. Very POOR QUALITY. Very disappointing! I don’t recommend these products.

I received this product in exchange for a review. I really like the product when I first got it. But now I find that it get stuck a lot. It'll absorb the some of the water then stops absorbing and gets stuck. I now just use my old coffee maker. I am open to trying others.
