i HAVE BEEN BUYING CHARMIN PRODUCTS FOR OVER TWENTY YEAR. MY COMMPLAINT IS THE ROLLS HAVE BEEN GETTING SMALLER. THE THREE PACKAGES OF '9 BIG ROLLS' THAT I PURCHASED TODAY ARE WAY TOO SMALL TO BE CALLED 'BIG' ROLLS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TP! My wife liked it so much she was unwilling to share it with our children. after going through four rules you could definitely tell it lived up to the Charmin soft promise.

We bought this by mistake..instead of ultra soft. What a mistake It takes 2 handfuls to wipe and it is hard and scratchy, also the rolls are smaller, can't see why Charmin would make such a inferior product.

Very dissatisfied with this product. Had no idea it would be STIFF, not soft at all. My husband said "why did you switch from Charmin to a cheap brand?". I am really mad because I bought 4 packages of 18 rolls and don't have the receipt. :o(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is great and I have found my new brand. The paper is very soft yet strong so I need half as much for the tough jobs.

Have used your product for years but now am unhappy about the length of the paper roll and the 26.5% decrease in paper but did not reduce the price of the paper! Therefore I will be buying another product rather than P and G.
