Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Brent. We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed by the price of Charmin. We take the value of our products and loyalty of our users seriously and your feedback means a lot to us. We're happy to share your comments with our team and provide a little more information. We are constantly looking at our products and cost of materials needed to make them so we can keep providing you the product you love at a great value. Our Charmin Ultra Soft/Strong is 2X more absorbent than the leading bargain brand, so you can use less. In fact, our entire family of products is designed to be a great long-lasting choice so you enjoy more ‘gos’ per roll and change the roll even less often! Again, your feedback on this is important to us, and will be shared with the appropriate teams within our company. We hope our products continue to deliver the performance you expect, and are still a good value. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reconnect with us any time at 1 (800) 777-1410.
