[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is just that - Ultra Strong. It feels more like a paper towel than standard toilet tissue. I guess this could be a good thing, but unfortunately, the thickness is more of a drawback than an asset. I could see the benefits of a thicker paper. Chances are, you'd use less than with conventional TP. I just think that they should have emphasized comfort along with strength, not just the latter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Charmin products overall, we've always used the ultra soft version so maybe I'm a little spoiled. The ultra strong is awesome, holds up like the best and even though it's certainly firmer is still more gentle than the competition.

When thinking about how to write my review, it has been a struggle of how not to be graphic, or use "potty humor." In turn, this review may suffer due to how short it will be. With that being said, it was time to visit the throne and "crack" open the package of Charmin. For reference, it should be known that we use Cottenelle at the house due to it's softness; the wife's choice of paper products. After use, I determined that I was impressed with its durability, however, felt that it was a little rough. Not as rough as a single ply you find at a store retailer that orders in bulk while keeping their budget down, but I definitely would not consider this brand to be "soft." This is where we will end our review without being gross, vulgar, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did the absorbency test and will say that this product is more absortent than my usual brand. I however feel the product is to thick of course that is better than to thin. I would reccomend this product if you prefer a thicker toilet paper. I believe me and my family will continue using angel soft as it has been a happy medium in our house. Not to thick and not to thin. If charmin were to reduce the thickness of the toilet paper I would however consider trying it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having 3 kids in the house we use alot of toilet paper. Since Charmin Ultra Strong is super absorbent we taught them how to use less. With other toilet paper that doesn't work because it either breaks apart or their hands get dirty buy Charmin Ultra Strong is great. Its tough and strong for children yet its super soft to the touch so they don't get irritated.

I thought there must have been a production error with the width of a recent pack of Charmin Ultra Strong. I came on the site to ask about it, and now I have my answer: the roll has indeed been narrowed ... to the width of cheap gas station toilet paper on those giant rolls. I will definitely no longer purchase your product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra strong works perfect, with plenty of play dates and little one's coming over its a comfort knowing bathroom tissue that will work. The other is not having to worry to much being used and causing issue's with the plumbing. The funny part is the children seeing the package and laughing saying they are the little bears with clean bum:)

I'm pretty particular about my toilet paper due my parents not being able to afford good quality toilet paper when I was a child. So I want to spoil myself on occasion and TP is one of items where I want the best. Now I have a new product to spoil myself with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra tissue is one of the better ones around. Both the Strong and Soft versions are very thick and strong. I will give the nod to the Soft version for being a little more gentle than the Strong, but I would (and do)buy either. Doesn't take many squares to get the job done!
