While this costs more up front, using less means that I get more uses per roll. It seems like overall, the cost comes out the same, and this doesn't tear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family of 4 has been using Cottonelle for awhile now. We liked the way it, um, performed but it would tend to "shed" a bit. The Charmin Ultra Strong doesn't appear to have this issue and so far I would say it performs better. So it's not messy and it cleans well. What more can you ask for from toilet paper?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong - Holds up well when wet - One of the thickest 2-ply products in market i would say - it absorbs well , i really mean it,i have twins boys and i go thru this a lot. One of the softest the only CONS i would think of Just average dry strength, Dissolves slowly meaning not a lot of TP for your money, i hope the price would be very reasoble to buy this more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon first trying the Charmin Ultra Strong, I was immediately impressed with how strong the toilet paper was - you can firmly pull on a single ply without worry of it separating from the roll. Beyond that, the tissue is so soft we can use it to wipe our 3 month old's face clean of spit up. We thought highly of the quality of Charmin prior to trying this TP and this has only strengthened that impression.

I bought the Basic once and I will never again. Figured the Ultra Strong might be superior to the others. It was like any other bathroom tissue though, nothing to go crazy about. I won't be purchasing the brand unless there's an amazing sale and I have a coupon. The price of Charmin is like gold, but the quality that you'd think you were paying for isn't there and I wouldn't recommend it.

Atleast not without a roll of Charmin Ultra Strong. The combination of strong paper that won't rip or leak while wiping or leave the dreaded toilet paper lent that leaves you feeling less than fresh and a softness that doesn't leave your bottom feel like it's being sanded was perfect. I found it much better than average tissues all around, it let me feel cleaner than ever and use even fewer sheets and I found it to work great for running noses as well. Overall this is now officially my favorite brand of toilet paper.

I have been buying Charmin Ultra Strong for years, I have extremely sensitive skin and it WAS the only toilet paper I could use. Bought a large package a few days ago, and the new change is not good. They say they only changed the embossing. But, now the toilet paper is hard, scratchy and crumbles with moisture. Very disappointed as I now have to try and find a toilet paper I can use.

Not the case here. Because it holds up better than previous products that I've used, it lasts longer and saves me moneyIin the long run.

Absorbs great and feels so soft. I wish we would have had this all my life. It is well worth the cost. You will not regret buying this fine product.

Charmin Ultra Strong came into our home as a free product to try, but it will stay after making such a difference in our lives. I am guilty of buying whatever toilet paper is the cheapest at our supermarket. After trying Ultra strong I am a believer that their is a difference in a quality paper and will continue to use it when the campaign is over.
