I like soft papers, but when they're so soft that they flake and crumble apart, then it's a negative. I like strong papers, but most are strong brands are too rough. Charmin Ultra Strong is the perfect balance between the two. It's not the softest, but soft enough to be comfortable. And it's strong enough to handle any job. It doesn't crumble apart, it doesn't irritate the skin, and it also gets the job done with less overall paper. I prefer to use the Mega Rolls, because then I have to change the rolls less often. I also have to admit that I use Charmin Ultra Strong for other uses as well. I use it as facial tissue, to clean small spills, general light cleaning around the house, you name it. It's strong enough to handle any of those simple tasks. I don't normally make it a habit to talk about toilet paper, but if anyone wanted a recommendation, I would definitely say that Charmin Ultra Strong is the one to use.

My family loves Charmin! If I buy another brand I am always in trouble when I get home with it. So now I only buy Charmin. My hubby calls it "the one with the bears on it". Thank you Charmin for making a great reliable product that my whole family can agree on!

I agree with everything in their ads - strength, softness, quality... however I'm not convinced it is the right product for me. My issue is the softness of the product - It is almost too soft for me. Using the Charmin has proven to me that my personal preference is a "less thick" and less soft toilet paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use Charmin all the time, and for some reason, maybe because it was on sale I had switched to Cottonelle. Getting this package reminded me of how good Charmin is. Why did I switch? To Save Money? Definitely not worth it. The Charmin works great and feels great. There's no way I am going back to another brand. Because it works so much better you can use a lot less.

It makes going to the bathroom a pleasure. I thought i was buying the best toilet paper already, but after trying this it beats my regular brand by a longshot. This will become my go to brand for the future. I think its the best.

Charmin, you have ruined your product. I am sure that you know your new and unimproved toilet paper is intentionally of much lower quality, I just can't believe that I am actually so angry with Charmin for doing this that I am taking the time to e-mail you and to enter this review. I am now trying other brands to find a replacement that meets my needs. What a pain. Be sure and contact me if you ever come to your senses and restore the product quality, I would be happy to be your customer again if you do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toilet paper is very strong yet very soft. It does not leave any fuzz or tiny pieces like some other types of toilet paper. It is better than the brand I typically use, Kirkland toilet paper, but you go through rolls much faster with this than my previous brand. The package says double roll but it did not last nearly as long as the other rolls. The toilet paper is better but does not last long enough.

I have been a long term user and have never been disappointed before, "butt" - I purchased a package of Charmin and found the top and bottom sheets were not lined up with each other. Annoying - By the way the number on the inside of the tube is: 226OUO1160. Somebody must have fallen asleep in QA.
