I was used to using the store brand due to costs however, the costs were actually more when using the store brand or other lower quality tissues that with Charmin. Charming allows you to use less tissue and still get the clean that you are looking for. Using less tissue actually allows you to see the savings right away. Yes, Charmin costs a bit more however, in the long run, you are actually using less and getting the satisfaction that you are looking for. This is the ultimate toilet tissue.

So when buzz agent offered to let me try charmin ultra strong I jumped at the chance. I was quite surprised at how thick the sheets were and that they really do mean you use less due to this. In fact it takes twice as long for my family of 7 to go through this roll compared to other brands. I highly recommend trying charmin ultra strong, you will be pleasantly surprised at how nice it is.

Have been longtime user of your product and have loved it. Noticed a while ago, the size of the sheets were smaller but so was a lot of other brands. Just purchased my last package!! The sheets are even smaller than the last purchase. Did u think we wouldn't notice. I know saving $ is what companies do. But at what cost. When customers go away that's $ lost. Hate u messed with a good product so much til it isn't hardly anything left to use!!!! Have to spent my $ where I'm getting the most value.

Charmin, you have ruined your product. I am sure that you know your new and unimproved toilet paper is intentionally of much lower quality, I just can't believe that I am actually so angry with Charmin for doing this that I am taking the time to e-mail you and to enter this review. I am now trying other brands to find a replacement that meets my needs. What a pain. Be sure and contact me if you ever come to your senses and restore the product quality, I would be happy to be your customer again if you do.

Well we now buy it regularly and it is much better than the generic paper some of my roommates used to buy. By being a buzz agent we have found something all of us can agree on. I will keep buzzing about it even after the campaign is over. It cleans well and doesn't fall apart. Does the job it is supposed to do. Not rough, soft but works!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Placed the new rolls throughout the house. I have to admit I didn't notice a difference, but I like it. What I like best is how it works with low flow toilets - which are mandatory in county. Plus we are on septic, so the less is more approach helps. My boys actually asked if we had changed our toilet paper. They liked the change. If I can just convince them to use less, this will be a successful test.

We have been loyal Charmin users for the past 17 years or more. We started with Charmin and stuck with it when they introduced the Ultra strong/ ultra soft. When they raised the price, we stuck with it,. We had tried many other brands but none compared, it was "our" toilet paper. The last time I opened a new package I was surprised to find they had changed it. Until, we used it. Then our surprise turned to disappointment. It was no longer plush, soft, or thick, now its just strong..Many brands are just strong. Some members of our family found it to be irritating to their skin. Which of course is a deal breaker. This time we can't stick with it, because it's no longer "our" toilet paper. I hope they change it back. Until then we will be brand hopping, looking for a new brand to offer our loyalty to. In the meantime I'd just like to say BOOOO!

It was soft and strong and those are the main things I want in bathroom tissue and I assume it is what you would want also. Any time you can use paper and not have your fingers go threw is a good day. It's an excellent value. I would recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an avid Charmin user for years. I have found many competitor brands leave my "Areas" feeling raw, sore, or uncleaned. As well with competitor products I have to use 10-12 squares to ensure i'm getting a clean wipe without it soaking through the paper. With Charmin we only need 2-3 squares for a confident clean! I love how gentle it is on the skin, yet how strong it is in reference to absorbency! I will not use any other brand besides Charmin Ultra Strong!
