These are a smaller portion of fish. I thought they were be a little larger. They are thin, but still good.

Nicely portioned filets; easy to prepare and very tasty. So handy to have in the freezer for quick meal entree.

I thaw the catfish fillets and either bread and fry or just bake in a glass dish with butter and seasonings. Very easy to make a meal with them.
