I thaw the catfish fillets and either bread and fry or just bake in a glass dish with butter and seasonings. Very easy to make a meal with them.

I love how these are frozen individually. I can cook the number of pieces of fish without having to thaw out the entire bag. The only thing I don't like is the number of pieces of fish in the bag, they are lower than usually.

This catfish used to be delicious when I purchased it a year ago. The pieces are smaller, they shrink when you fry them and they don’t taste the same. The quality is definitely different

I rated this 2 stars because there is an excessive amount of skin on these fillets. They used to not have so much skin left on the fillet. It has been like this for the last 3 bags I purchased. I will not be purchasing these again. Will go to Kroger to get my frozen catfish fillets from now on.

These filets are delicious! Right down to the last one. They were all whole fillet pieces, no broken parts or small ones at the bottom of the bag. All even perfect fillets. The only thing i don't like is that Sam's seems to be frequently out of stock, buy 2 bags of you can ever get your hands on them

Catfish is a thing -- either you like it or you don't. We do, and this has been a good frozen catfish product for us. The fillets are nice size, tending toward large, and firm in texture. The flavor is determined by the algae in the water the catfish live in, and these have clearly been farmed in good conditions. The fillets are mild in flavor, especially considering their size. The label mentions that they contain up to 15% water and salt, and they definitely give up a lot of water while thawing. Thawing on multiple layers of paper towels helps.

THESE FILLETS WERE AMAZING FRIED! THEY DIDNT HAVE A FISHY OR MUDDY TASTE! THEY WERE DELICIOUS!
