Does not taste fishy and cooks up well.

Fresh is so much better!!! Most of the frozen ones were freezer burnt and had an after taste after cooking.

This product is not edible. It has the nastiest fishy and muddy taste. I’ve eaten catfish all my life and I would rank this the worst. All of the positive reviews must have never tasted really good catfish. I’ll be claiming a refund. 2.5 pounds of fish for $21 is also ridiculous.

The fillers should be called nuggets
