Purchase for a Christmas gift for my son however the device functions like it's going to work great. Won't load a single app free or purchases. Tried multiple accounts won't load anything. Need to return but loosing out on the deal which is a bummer. I hate false excitement, he was so happy and we are just out the item.

I expected a complete package consisting of the iPad with attached keyboard, digital pen from Apple brand in the includedprotective covering. Unfortunately only the iPad was legitimate Apple product and the rest of the package were cheaper products sourced from other Asian suppliers. I was definitely unsatisfied with this Walmart assembled product

I expected the price to be the same as it was this whole week, but held out for Black Friday thinking there might be a good deal for my diligence. I was buying these units for the nonprofit I work for, hoping to save us money. However, the price went up!

Times are changing.. So yep I'll say it, perfect for my 2.5 year old. Kids are smart. Sometimes babies are more responsible than adults with tablets. We have parental control on my son's apps and delete unnecessary apps. Great storage. We only download educational apps.

Is it a top of the line iPad? Nope. Not at all. But is it better than buying the competitors similar product at half the price? You bet your bottom dollar it is! This iPad is safe for children and can withstand the haphazardly manner in which children carry around their devices. Does it need a good case AND a screen protector? Well of course it does. And just like buying a new car, along with that comes insurance and the case and screen protector are just that. It's fast responsiveness, ability to be easily connected to iCloud and monitored by parents, and solid build- earn it to be the most long lasting choice for an iPad- especially for children or those who are in need but on a budget. My daughter has had two alternate to apple brand tablets and they are confusing for children to navigate, the screen clarity is not near as crisp and bold, and the screen response time to touch was always lacking. Needless to say that even with light usage the android based tablet puttered out within a year. Splurge by spending the extra $100-150 more on Apple. You'll be glad you did!

I haven't really used an iPad in years and so the quality upgrade from maybe 2010 is something I'm really enjoying. I'm so excited to use it.

Apple iPad 9th Generation purchase was great. The price was right. It was worth the money. But the delivery was horrible. The delivery person stood at the top of the steps %26 threw the package on the ground took a picture %26 walked off. He never rang the doorbell. That's disrespectful to me.

My mother loved this Ipad. It was a perfect gift for this year's Mother's Day (2024). She really has no need or desire to have all those specs that come with newer models. I upgraded from a 10th Gen to Ipad Air and the 9th Gen doesn't seem to much of a difference. I highly recommend this product!

The cover is a little bulky compared to the apple products. The keyboard is great, fits in the cover but is inclined to move, the magnet is not quite strong enough to hold it securely. I was pleased with the purchase. It was good value but the cover stops it having a five star rating.
