This was bought as a gift for my 88 year old mother. I got the 2021 10.2 9th generation ipad as my mother uses the ipad only to check emails and to facetime family. She is happy with the screen size and display. The pick up process was fast and easy.

I like how fast they got here everything was in the box. It was charged no problem. My problem is that the Wi-Fi sucks. It's not my routers. Nothing to do with my home Wi-Fi. It's like the connection to the device. It's terrible every 10 minutes. It's trying to reconnect again nothing to do with my stuff because I have other stuff on it and none of that does it. I tried to get a new one. They wouldn't let me

This iPad has a really nice look and is lighter than expected. Even with a case, it's very lightweight and easy to carry around. I love the easy set up (less than 10 minutes) and think the screen/picture is amazing. I would highly recommend this item!

This is a great tablet, especially when it goes on sale. Much cheaper than the replacement 10th generation. The screen is slightly smaller, but otherwise comparable. Uses the same charger as an iPhone or AirPods. Great battery life. And it's cheap enough that I don't feel compelled to buy insurance or protect it with a huge case. 10/10

64GB appears to be enough memory for my kids applications and games. If you plan to store a lot of pictures and videos on the iPad, then get the version with more memory. Out of Android, Windows and iOS, Apple iOS has the best parental controls for protecting your children. A majority of kids use Apple products, if you buy your kid an Android or Microsoft tablet, your kids will be technology outcasts , because kids prefer to use Apple's proprietary FaceTime and messaging to communicate with their friends.

I was nervous purchasing a refurbished I pad. This was a fabulous purchase!! Long lasting battery, easy to use, crystal clear screen- I spent a long time looking. Could not afford a new one, but my favorite dragon game had literally outgrown my phone. This solved the issue. Merry Christmas to me!

First Apple branded product I've purchased. Build quality seems decent. Like most things Apple, I wouldn't have even considered it if the price hadn't been deeply discounted. Good battery life. Charges rapidly. Quality display. Touch screen seems a bit wonky already...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really is the gold standard of tablets for a reason. It works without a flaw. It is fast. It is bright with great resolution. I got it for a good price around Black Friday. It's a great system and I highly recommend it over android.

I'm in Android user and got this because the price for its gigabytes was worth it. I do intend to switch back to a type of Android tablet/ computer, but this did serve its purpose for the time being. I'm going to give it to an a friend that uses Apple but definitely worth the buy if you're a Mac user.

My second one so that should make it clear it's worth it let my child have to 1st one and purchased my own since I was tried of sharing. Linked to my iPhone AirPods Bluetooth speakers with no problems. Holds a great charge love the pencil (doesn't come with)
