They didn't follow the instructions

Worked fine for a few months and now it won't keep a charge. Next time I'll buy from Apple.

Very good IPads! Have had it for a long time and use it daily for many hours a day. Also just got one for my son and he also uses it daily.

Ordered 2 tablets and only received one, though was charged for both. And delivery extremely delayed.

I was under the impression that this was a new Ipad and it's not it still has someone else's information on it

I owned a8th generation iPad and it worked great. So far the 9th generation iPad is doing well and the price was right.

Can't get it to download anything. I can't get any help from the web site. The worse purchase i ever made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
