The pineapple went dark color in 1 day. Was not able to eat it due to same reason

Half rotting. It was less than 3 bucks, but still, I had to throw much of it away.

Pineapple was not ripe when picked up and spoiled before it could ripen.

This was an outstanding pineapple. The flavor was wonderful. Perfect ripeness.
