The couch upon viewing is a great size for a bonus room, guest room, or an office! The ability to for the couch to turn into a full size sleeping and storage is a huge plus, especially when having guest visit! I love the dark charcoal color, which the fabric seems very easy to clean! The cushions have velcro attached to the back, so they stay in place, but are also removable, which is great! The only thing I don't love are the cushions are very firm, which may help with longevity, but it not as comfortable as other seatings!

I like the storage idea and the strength of the frame. The bed is a big feature with family coming in and always needing an extra bed. The cushions look to hold up to above average weight. It is very comfortable and doesn't take up an inordinate amount of space.

This sectional is nice in regards to the storage, the cushions however are not very comfortable. The back of the couch is pretty low so you wouldn't be able to rest your head back. I do like the pullout bed feature, overall if you're just looking for an extra couch with storage and a pullout bed and not as your primary couch this would be a great option.

To look at it looks very comfortable. I noticed the storage area first which I believe is a must have. Fabric is washable but not scratchy to the skin which is a bonus. It's very sturdy with ample back support but not overly stif. Which makes it the perfect lounger for watching tv or even snuggling with a partner. It's sturdy enough to withstand children as well. Would look great in any home

We bought this couch to replace an old futon in my husband’s man cave. Had a little trouble getting the wheels back on track (from moving it, not a big deal), but it ended up working out perfectly for what little space we had once we got it situated. He chose the charcoal color, which looks exactly like the pictures shown. Decent amount of space in the chase part. Easy to assemble. It’s also held up well against our two dogs.

This couch is OK for the price. You shouldn’t think this is the best made couch ever. It uses plastic feet. The pull out feature is excellent but the seats are narrow. You’ll find you probably just leave the extension out full-time. Cushions are not the best quality but are not uncomfortable at all. What I didn’t like was that the back of the sofa is actually a separate piece that’s only connected by fabric and uses Velcro to stay upright for the back cushions. This wasn’t clear in the listing and is cheap looking and feeling. That all being said this is an OK sofa if you have a smaller space or need something to be used in a hard-to-get-to area.

The assembly of this couch are very hard. We cannot get it put together because the connecting parts are not correct. We have contacted support and they have not called us back. Our couch is sitting in pieces unusable. We would definitely not recommend.

Got the navy blue, nice color. Easy assembly, probably would be easier with two people but was just me. Was worried because the boxes looked rough on delivery but no damage to the sofa. Feels sturdy. It sits kinda stiff so expect it to break in some in time. All moving parts move perfectly fine. Very happy with it.

First shopped a very similar sofa at a discount furniture store that was part of a Columbus Day room package. It was ok, but we came away from that experience thinking “we’ll have to use this item delicately if we want it to last >1yr.” We then ordered this competing piece from Sam’s. The fabric, cushioning, and sturdiness alone were worth the incremental price as a stand-alone item. It exceeded or expectations.

Exactly what I was looking for....we have it in the playroom and it is perfect for the kids and oir guests.
