Bought this about a month ago for my kids play room. Had it open so they could lay on it. When we were laying around, my 3yr old walked over me to sit and it snapped the support beam. Couch is crap. Wish I would have bought the warranty so I could get it fixed. Wasted money. Would not recommend

So to be real this is a good very very stiff when you get it but thats expected for new couches first few weeks having it i ended up napping on it due to being sick wasnt the comfiest but it definitely worked the bed part is a little bit of a pain to pull out but all in all i think its a really good couch for price you pay for

I am very surprised this couch is getting so many good reviews. The couch is pretty firm and the sleeper keeps falling off the track so it makes it impossible to allow for someone to sleep on it. I just bought it and immediately noticed the track for the sleeper is defective. This is getting returned back to the store. The back of the couch is not very attractive if your plan is to put in the middle of the room and not against a wall.

I received my sofa through the mail, it came with a broken board in the back of the sofa and the rails of the pullout bed damaged. I tried contacting customer service 7+ times and they are terrible at getting back to people when it comes to a return. I tried to return the sofa and I'm still waiting on a call from customer service to schedule the pick up of the sofa. I would like to also request through here for a credit on the sofa for the damages. Forget the return I just want to see if it's possible to get a credit back. Thanks.

I’ve had this for right at 10 months. It’s horribly uncomfortable, the bed platform shifts, comes off it’s tracks and is just in general “cheap”. The first couple months it was okay, but this would be an extremely lightly used decor couch if anything. Do not recommend for average/moderate use. Save your money.

We got this couch only a year ago. Instantly noticed it's very hard and not much room for sitting on the cushions. After having it not even a year, the pillows on the back are sagging down, the seats are lumpy and there are springs sticking out in many spots that you can definitely feel when you sit down. Super disappointed and do not recommend!

This sofa is firm and informal. Good for a teenager or college kid, but not long term. It is holding up well for me, no small kids. 2 person assembly is best, but 1 can do it. Delivery was ok, I had to call and find my lost box, but it was quickly found and delivered. Overall satisfied with my purchase, just wish the arms were more padded.

Thought this was a good buy, price wise, yes, but comfortable...NO. Seats are like cement, back cushions are better. You can feel the wood between the cushions on the seat and the long lounge. Can't keep the side arm on, keeps falling off. The dogs sleeps on it as its wayyyy to hard.

Good price, storage, and functionality. The only thing that I dislike is there are 50% of chances that the pull-out section will fall out of the sliding rail. I have to put the wheel back to the track which is not an easy job. Few times my fingers were broken by doing this. I hope this couch has better design on the sliding rail/track portion.

Came 2 weeks ahead of schedule in 2 boxes. Surprised it was left in the driveway when I made arrangements to be home. It was not Hamilton, but some other brand. Very easy to install, no screws so no tools needed. Warning, it is a very firm couch. Don’t plan on sleeping on it regularly. We ended up getting a 2” form so we actually sleep on it.
