The quality of the item is really good. One star off for the bad install manual/instruction. I have to take the cover off to find the screw holes for the four legs, which they should make it clear in the manual or put some indicator on the holes. Instead there are nothing useful in the manual, and it’s wrong about the location of the holes in the instruction. I wasted on hour to find the holes.

This sectional is the perfect size for our vacation home which has a smaller size living room. Having the extra bed & storage is a nice bonus to have if needed, the couch is on the firm side which we like and the fabric seems to be decent quality. I give it for stars because time will tell as to the durability and I will update at a later date. Overall a decent value at the sale price.

Love this. I purchased it to put in an extra bedroom turned into a TV room. Fits very nicely. Not cushy like a couch, but firm like a bed. It takes two people to put together but not complicated at all. I’m giving only 4 stars because it took almost a month to get it delivered. Otherwise it would be 5.

Perfect for kids' playroom or extra room. It is hard, but we use it to sit on (and compared to our last couch, this is WAY better!). I only gave it 4 stars because it was a pain to attach the couch together. The couch comes in 2 pieces with the arm rests also separate. You have to lift the pull-out couch to put it into the slats. That piece was the heaviest. Then you have to lift again to put the arm rests on and make sure the chaise and pull-out couch don't come apart. It also didn't look like they could go together, and we had to open the chaise to make sure the slats were matching up. Other than that, it's a great piece for our kids' playroom.

It's the perfect size for my living room. It is very comfortable as a couch and sleeper. Very firm. I like how the chaise is removable to either position. The only thing that I am displeased with is that the cushion fabric is not as taunte as I think it should be. I would recommend and even buy another.

We love it! It’s a 3 -seats couch with 1 cheslonge but actually we open the “bed side” abs we have 3 cheslonge seats! It’s hard seat so I hope that it stays as firm as rn for a long long time! I got it blue pretty nice! Easy to ensemble without instructions that came on a 2nd box with cheslonge 2/3 days later after receiving 1st box. That was the only issue delivered not together in stages and the fedex guy just left it outside at driveway under the rain. I have to get it by myself in the house. :-(

This is perfect for small spaces and is just slightly bigger than a regular love seat! Great versatility with this turning into a pullout bed as well. I like that it does have the spot to prop your feet up when it is in couch mode and could be a great spot if you enjoy reading.

Cute couch but very firm/stiff. The roll out piece jumps off the rail and is hard to put back. Even trying to do it easy it still pops out... not very fun to have to try to fix something when you don’t know what’s causing it to do that. It was a good Black Friday deal though so there’s a positive. Nice color.

This product is perfect for a kids space or gaming room/guest space. I like that the fabric seems easy to clean. The chaise storage is surprisingly spacious and the optional pull out is a nice perk. The cushions aren't luxurious, but they have a comfortable firmness!

This Pullout Bed sectional is fantastic. Where do I start? It's a beautiful color and comfortable. Even better is the pullout cushion is easy to pull out..even kids or elderly could do it without trouble. The "shays lounger" part can be maneuvered to either side of the "Loveseat" part for easy rearranging of furniture at your home. The "shays lounger" also has a built in storage for pillows, blankets etc. To top it off .... the price is very affordable.
