So to be real this is a good very very stiff when you get it but thats expected for new couches first few weeks having it i ended up napping on it due to being sick wasnt the comfiest but it definitely worked the bed part is a little bit of a pain to pull out but all in all i think its a really good couch for price you pay for

I truly was impressed. I bought this item sight unseen and it lived up to my expectations of quality. Of course, my wife and I had shopped around, so we knew what fabric, dimensions and features we wanted, before buying something we didn't touch or try out. And Sams Club vendor delivered, in our opinion. Also, the shipping team for Sams Club kept us updated on tracking. This product was delayed, but we we're notified on every step of the delay and did not have a problem with the delivery. Again, I was very satisfied.

My new sofa arrived early! After unpacking we started putting it together. It was pretty simple to assemble. The metal attachment pieces are a little difficult to connect but just because sofa pieces are bulky to handle. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase. I haven't yet had an opportunity to pull out the bed and use it. Looking forward to grandchildren sleeping over!

I have had the couch for a few weeks now and really enjoy it! The couch did not arrive all together but after contacting Sam's, I had the 2nd piece within 2 days. The couch is on the firmer side but I don't mind it. It works well for a small space. The pullout bed part comes in handy. If you are on a budget and need a couch for a small space, this will work well for you!

Came 2 weeks ahead of schedule in 2 boxes. Surprised it was left in the driveway when I made arrangements to be home. It was not Hamilton, but some other brand. Very easy to install, no screws so no tools needed. Warning, it is a very firm couch. Don’t plan on sleeping on it regularly. We ended up getting a 2” form so we actually sleep on it.

This is a nice small scale couch. Perfect size for what I was looking for but stains easily. You cannot just spot clean and the cushion covers do not come off. I had to buy a fabric cleaned to clean the cushions because my kids had dropped a drink that could not be spot cleaned. Just made it look like a big water spot. This couch is not serviceable for people who actually use the furniture.

This was the first time I've ever bought furniture without sitting on it first. It worked out great. The sofa was delivered earlier than expected, which is always nice. The assembly was easy. love it. The cushions are kind of hard, but I like it that way. I think it will wear very well.

When we got the couch, most of it seemed fine. Assembly wasn't too bad and the pull out was nice. Less then a year, railing on the pull out started falling apart. Long term, it has gotten worse. The coils or whatever support have pressed through the cushion, can see it when looking at the couch and make it impossible to find a place to be comfortable. Didn't do anything crazy with it, but long term, it was not worth it. Have to have some thick blankets on the cushions to make it anywhere near comfortable. Should have respected the fishhook on the 1 stars.

I love this storage sectional pull out bed! I would buy this today if it was available. This sectional is well made and provides great storage! It's comfortable. I love the color options. It's a great versatile piece for any home. The fabric looks high end. I love that the cushions Velcro to the back to help them stay in place. Great piece of furniture!

Bought this couch for my kids play room. I assembled it by myself and it took about 30 minutes. Hardest part is getting the boxes where you want them because they’re pretty heavy. Couch is firm but I like it. Sleeper functions great. No rolling off the track like other reviews. I’m 6 ft tall and the chassis fits me perfect and it supported me fine over the storage bin. OVERALL: It’s not a Lazyboy but it’s a great price point and a solid piece of furniture.
