The color is decent, but simplicity of the couch is on point. The comfort is immediately felt when I sit in it and it's good. The height of the back cushion is decent and could use a little more height.

This sofa is very firm. The back cushion is soft and plush but the seat cushions are quite stiff. The pull out section is very easy to pull out with convenient handles; however the slide came out of the track when I pulled it out.

The sofa was a great buy, quality is good, Excellent for small apartment; however, unable to attach chaise lounge to both sides and when attached to a side, could only utilize one of the "lock-attachments" instead of two it was built to use.

Nice color and material. The sofa section broke once we moved it to a bed when an adult sat on the edge of that part. Sams is sending a replacement piece

Looks nice, especially for a smaller living room. Good blue/grey color. Easy to assemble. Very convenient to pull up a bed. Cons: very hard or stiff to sit on, arms are skinny and not comfortable for my head, cats think it’s a scratch post.

Sam's Club selection of quality furniture is the best. Love the sofa, exceeded my expectations. It arrived earlier than scheduled, able to put it together with my husband. Will definitely purchase more.

This little couch with a pull out bed is exactly what I needed for my small loft. It looks great when not pulled out as a bed and is super to relax on. It is firm, yet comfortable. Very happy with this product.

Good price, storage, and functionality. The only thing that I dislike is there are 50% of chances that the pull-out section will fall out of the sliding rail. I have to put the wheel back to the track which is not an easy job. Few times my fingers were broken by doing this. I hope this couch has better design on the sliding rail/track portion.

This was the first time I've ever bought furniture without sitting on it first. It worked out great. The sofa was delivered earlier than expected, which is always nice. The assembly was easy. love it. The cushions are kind of hard, but I like it that way. I think it will wear very well.

When we got the couch, most of it seemed fine. Assembly wasn't too bad and the pull out was nice. Less then a year, railing on the pull out started falling apart. Long term, it has gotten worse. The coils or whatever support have pressed through the cushion, can see it when looking at the couch and make it impossible to find a place to be comfortable. Didn't do anything crazy with it, but long term, it was not worth it. Have to have some thick blankets on the cushions to make it anywhere near comfortable. Should have respected the fishhook on the 1 stars.
