Simply the best

I am buying your jam for many many years because it was always the best. That is no longer the case now. For quite some time you jam is not up to par as it is more like a jelly. Sorry but no matter what you say about the recipe not changing you've lost my business. I am buying lesser priced strawberry jams that are much better and they don't resemble a strawberry jelly at all.
 Come on folks, something has happened and the quality is not there any longer.

Yummy sweet strawberry goodness. I sometimes have cheated and bought an off brand in a pinch but I ALWAYS come back to my Smuckers. It is the best. It goes great with Jif peanut butter or just plain on any toasted bread product. YUMMY
