I buy this strawberry jam by the case. I have for ages. This time I get my case and ugh! What happened? I seriously had to turn the jar around to read the label to make sure it was my Smuckers. There are no strawberries and the jel tastes like chemically flavored filler. The texture is not even the same. I think that one single strawberry was used in my 48oz jar. I am heartbroken, as I use this on everything (pancakes, toast, biscuits, cake and crepe filling, homemade ice cream.....) I did open a 2nd jar to taste test, just in case, and no, it's a nasty new profit saving recipe. Please listen to your customers---you are losing money if your customers don't like your changed product. PLEASE go back to the old yummy jam we all fell in love with. Have a big ad campaign so we'll know because I will not be buying any Smucker's products unless it changes back. BTW, when I returned my jam, the gals at the customer service tasted it and also commented that it 'used' to be so good and the new jam is not.

I had been using a different product for many years, because my husband does the shopping. Running out of that brand sent me to the store to get more, and I came home with Smuckers strawberry jam. I am sold! The flavor is more like the strawberry I want! I will continue to buy Smuckers. I understand you also have sugar free, my husband will love that! It even is yummy on vanilla ice cream.

The Member's Mark Strawberry Preserves was the best I have ever had. It was made with small, sweet berries and natural ingredients. I loved it. But it has been replaced with Smucke'rs, which has a medium taste and something in it that tastes acidic. It's good, but only good. The Member's Mark Preserves that Sam's got rid of was the best i have ever eaten. And I have eaten a lot. Smucker's is just an average product. I will continue my search for something more like the one Smucker's replaced.

I love Smuckers Strawberry Jam! The preserves have chunks of berries, and the jelly is too thin! The Jam however is the perfect consistency to spread on toast. The taste is so yummy! That’s all I buy is Strawberry Jam for breakfast. If I’m making danish with Crescent rolls then I use Strawberry preserves with the cream cheese because you need it thicker. Love, love, love Smuckers!

I have been buying Smuckers strawberry jam for years. For a while I have not been able to find any fruit in it, it is more like jelly. I do not want preserves. I do not want jelly. I'm sorry you changed it, and I also noticed you are using high fructose corn syrup. I guess I'll start making my own again. Not mad but disappointed.

For years we have bought 2 or more of the 32oz size. over the last couple of months the texture and spreadability has become more waxy. Has the ingredient formulation changed for the worse? We prefer the preserves; but, our local stores only handle the small jars. Hoping it will get better.

I always loved Smucker's Jams and Preserves. Until now. The Strawberry jam didn't look the same. It is now an odd bright pink gel thickened juice. There was one small strawberry in the entire 32 oz jar. I did not buy it again. It was awful. Where, oh where have my little strawberries gone? Oh where, oh where can they be? With this jam cut short of berries, And the thick gel to fill out the bottle Oh where, oh where can they be? Sadly after a lifelong love of Smucker's I have found a new love. Farewell to thee. Where have all the strawberries gone? Hint: They are not in a bottle of Smucker's Jam. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I had several of the large bottles of Smucker's Strawberry jam that lasted me through the pandemic. Now in October 2024 I found the jam, if you can still call it jam, was much lighter in color and amounted to thickened fruit juice. There was one small piece of strawberry in a 32 oz bottle. That's it folks. Do yourself a favor and cook up your own jam as this is not jam but jelly. In all the decades I've been eating Smucker's I have never noticed such a huge change in quality. They think we won't notice? I won't buy it again.

Actually my best smackers product was always blackberry jam with a real berries . But lately I got this strawberry jam , that’s looks like jelly something in the middle acidy and sweet taste , almost feels like diluted product where production cuts been maid with out reach taste of the fruits or texture . I Understand company try to make a jam spreadable but it’s really make you feel like product is made with fake ingredients
