No where in the write up indicated this product was refurbished. When I got it I was shocked it was listed on the box a refurbished. I feel the write up was deceiving. I have not been able to use the unit yet. Expected snow this weekend.

Overall the machine does what I expected it to. The shute is poorly secured, and required modification to prevent it from repeated becoming disconnected from the rest of the machine.

My snow Joe I thought when I first set it all up OK it's all plastic hopefully it'll work great is my first big snowstorm we had a foot of snow and I will say snow Joe worked like a champion

With snow less than 2 inches my wheeled snow shovel was as easy to push as the snow thrower. But the Snow Joe worked better much in snow above that. I recommended to a friend.

This is my second snow thrower but my first electric one, should have gone straight to the electric snow thrower. I will never go back to the gas powered snow thrower.

Like the size but the lower chute keeps coming out of the collar so I think the locking tabs aren't big/strong enough to hold so I have to remove the locking screw and reinstall

The chute is held on by these tiny little plastic tabs. As soon as you start blowing snow, it blows the chute right off the machine. Who designs these things? I went to home depot and got some small sheet metal screws, and screwed the chute onto the machine with about 6 screws, and it fixed the problem. But it really should be designed better. The rest of it seems ok.

When I bought this Joe, wasn't sure how much snow this little guy could handle, it turned out it likes deep snow 3 plus inches, then an inch and likes to play rough...lol... Seriously I'm glad I bought this Little Big BLUE Joe Snowblower it's saved my back, my body, THANK YOU

It is a great thing. I am 83 years old and I have no problem using it. Altho I must admit I did not set it up when it came, my grandson happened to be here and set it up. But the neighbors saw me use it and calle3d me after I finished, to ask me what was I using!!!!

Not had a lot of time to use the blower since we only got a couple of snows since receiving the blower. Worked very well the first fluffy snow (about 4”) but the second snow (about 3”) of wet snow which got into the spout mechanism and jammed it up toward the end. I couldn't change the spout direction. Took it to the heated shop and thawed it out and sprayed it with WD but haven't had any snow since so I don't know if that will correct the shoot from freezing. Other than that the unit works great.
