It doesn't handle the 8” of snow that the manual says it does. I wouldn't use with more than four inches of snow. Poorly made or maybe just poorly chosen hardware to go with it- on second use the one of the screws that holds the shaft where snow blows our broke off. Would not recommend this product

Seems nice at first then you find out the shoot won't stay on. It's a poor design. Motor seems powerful enough for my needs. I just need to figure out out to keep the shoot from flying off. The set screw is a joke. An example of you get what you pay for.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas, we live in Calgary and get a lot of snow. We also have a double driveway on a slight hill. He says it works good. You have to be careful because it's a plastic blade but he says it does the job. Doesn't work too well on snow that's really packed down or a very large pile (he'd lift it a bit to get the top half then go normally through the rest). Takes a little getting used to having to deal worth the cord UT he says he likes it and he gets the driveway done in about 15 minutes instead of 45 so good purchase for us for sure.

Blows snow 30 ft. Must have cord large enough for maximum 3% drop in voltage. Include wire from outlet to panel. (Google voltage drop). I use a 4500W gas generator for all my electric garden tools. (Only one 4 cyc gas engine to worry about) My cord is a 50 foot #12 with good quality cord ends. If the cord ends are loose, replace them.

It's a Nice snow remover I'm Disabled and it's easy for myself to use

I only gave this 4 stars because I have not used it yet. I think u can't beat the price, I have a deck and front porch and small area I purchased it for. There is a video on assembly . I needed something light( back and neck surgery) I read many reviews before purchasing, I am happy with the purchase. Of course it was delayed in delivery because of a snow storm! I already cleared the snow with out it. I am ready for the next storm! I purchased a outdoor electrical cord at Walmart also.

Blower assembled easily, and works well. Adjustable chute is a plus. Moved 8"-10" of Heavily packed snow in above freezing today with a little encouragement and overall I'm happy with my purchase.

This thing is seriously the best . We have teck decking and we are afraid a shovel will scratch it so we bought this and it worked so good on 5 inches of icy snow.

Auger would not turn when put together. Panel had to be taken off belt housing. It had never been put on the pulley at manufacturer! Was not happy to have to work on something brand new. Once put back together and started, the belt came right off!

Bought this for 75 year old man so that it would be easier to clear the paths for the cats that go outside. Easy to use and very efficient on moving even up to 8 inches of snow.
