[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rated this product this way because my product I received was a fairly average product and nothing really special overall about it besides it's a normal Xbox controller. I mostly prefer buying from Microsoft rather then knockoff products because I know their quality is very well and it fits my standards when it comes to controller's.

I don't know what it is about this controllers, but they don't seem to last very long. I'm not someone who's abusive to their expensive equipment, yet buttons are failing to work properly and the connectivity to the game console can be fickle. Unfortunately it's not like there're many other options that aren't utter garbage.

LOVE this controller. Happened to catch it on sale for $16 cheaper than all competitor pricing. Easy to sync. Battery seems to last longer than the controller that came with the game console. The texture does make a slight difference to gain a better grip and maintain good control during gaming. I’m hoping one of the other colors offered goes on as good of a sale. Would definitely purchase in the future.

Our family has owned/replaced many Xbox controllers of the years. I picking one up for pretty cheap on Rollback. Decided to go with the Pulse Red color because my kids were constantly misplacing our previous black one. The vibrant, pulse red, color makes it easy to spot around the house. Its one of the better Xbox controller for the price.

It worked perfectly fine, until it didn't. It only took 5 months in order for the controller to have a faulty left analog stick sensor; the sensor only registers whenever the analog stick is being held upward about 60% of the time, which is unacceptable.

The product was exactly what my granddaughter asked for as her gift. The package arrived quickly and was delivered with care. I love that it was gift wrapped with holiday paper when I checked the box that this was a gift! I haven't heard any complaints so it seems to work as it needs to.

The packaging on the controller box looked like it had already been opened and the controller was very dusty for being “brand new” on the inside. Besides that, I’ve needed a new controller for months so when this one arrived I’ve been babying it, making sure not to drop it etc. Well I’ve had it for 15ish days and the audio was getting really really staticy so I checked the headphone Jack by wiggling the cord and the cord will move around inserted into the controller. These are not supposed to move even a single millimeter. The audio now drives me crazy because it cuts in and out when I’m playing games or talking with friends. I expected way better quality from a controller that’s “brand new”

Amazing feel and build quality. I have a MSI GeForce30 as a dedicated PC controller and I love it due to it being almost identical to the original Xbox 350 feel. With this, it’s small, it has the much needed grip under the sides when holding onto it, and connects so easily. I chose this one due to its Bluetooth capabilities and with iOS 14.5 out now as well as being in the xCloud Beta, it was a no brained to choose. I got it here for $19 after some promo offers credits and was a steal to not pass up on it. I’d recommend it highly if you plan on using it on an Apple product. The build quality and finish, it just feels natural while playing. With it being so new, you almost don’t want to use it but then again, it’s my new toy and an gonna enjoy it!!! Also included, Microsoft isn’t cheap, they actually have a paper manual and product info printed. Nowadays you just see instructions to log in online and view it there but this was nice to see.

For a company that seems to compete solely on price (and that is the only reason I would ever buy from you) you are losing sales by not selling at Amazon's prices.

Compact little box. Comes with the controller AND batteries (Two Double A) Batteries though i had already bought a rechargeable pack. From what I recall after opening it it did not come with a usb charger port for yknow when you have no batteries and need to play corded but its a simple type C port. I primarily use it for pc gaming and its as simple as pairing it via Bluetooth and playing whatever game you have. Analog stick feels nice and firm but not too firm. The color is great, vibrant red. The texture of the controller adds to the grip ability so the controller slip outta ya hand as easily. As a controller id give it a 4.5/5 even tho it only lets me put 4 or 5 as a rating. Worth the buy and price if you intend on pc, xbox, or whatever else you have gaming.
