[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the exact one my grandson wanted for Christmas, and being a Microsoft product, I know it's reliable.

I own and have owned many Microsoft Wireless Xbox controllers, they are nice and work well with 1 caveat, stick drift. The controller may or may not get stick drift, I've had xbox controllers that took years to get it and some that got it in only a few months and some not at all. The controllers are well made and hold up well with the exception of possibly getting stick drift. They are still a good value especially if you can get them on sale since Microsoft recently raised prices.

Nice textured feel in hands. Buttons are very responsive. Connected first time right out of the box.

It's an OEM controller. For the Xbox One. Seems to work on Series X just fine as well, as stated. Has no turbo function or additional features which can typically only be found on third party devices. I wonder why.

I had the controller for less than 6 months and I barely ever play as I work 2 jobs and only get 2 full days off a week, the right stick now barely works even though I’ve been extra careful with it but this is like the 3rd controller I’ve bought that’s lasted less than 6 months.. do better Xbox please these controllers just don’t last like the Xbox 360 ones did back in the day 👎👎

The thing flashes and it’s broken every single time I connected to my Xbox it connects for 30 seconds. I play a little bit, possibly a minute heads and it literally goes flashing and disconnects.

The same problem all controllers have. L stick drift within 2 hrs of normal use. Ridiculous that they are still getting away with this well known problem.

Was great for the first week and a half but just like most other new Xbox one controllers, joysticks start having drift and some buttons have issues as well.

Spent money FOR NO REASON it was for my ex BUT GOOD QUALITY
