I seems to gain technical issues after a short time and they worsen and multiply the more used in fairly new condition. Wear and tear should not factor in the function of a product only after a month of purchase. A well stored and handled with care device should not have glitches that effect game play in good condition and fairly new.It was tolerable for a while but I have gotten frustrated with it's performance. I don't know if it's isolated to this faulty controller or if this happens with any controller in general, I only hope they stand by the protective service plan and resolve my problematic device.

All Xbox controllers are generic for the past few yrs. %26 doesn't matter where you buy it, multiple store, Xbox or Microsoft. My controllers won't last more than 4 mos of very little use. Many yrs ago I used to get 13 mos before the 1st breakage with very heavy use.

This remote seems to hold up to 4 boys. The only downfall. Is every single day since I bought this remote. The retailer has consistently been asking for a review. Every day I get an alert, this has been going on for a month to where I’m finally giving a review in hopes it stops requesting one.

ok yall have nerve too say this stuff is new and even selling it for a price of a new my controller is no were close too being new it all ready has a really bad sway the sensor is going out even with it wired it disconnects so why lie about your products being new when they are not this is nonsense if you're gonna be selling used then it needs too say used i paid full price for a new controller not a used one

It's way too small for an adult gamer to use. However, it's design is great and I love that it has Bluetooth capabilities for my android phone and pc. It's also cool that it's wireless and you can buy batteries that are rechargeable by USB. I'm still tempted to give 5 stars but it's just so painful to use with my adult gamer hands. I'd give 5 stars if it came in a bigger size.

Bought this controller about a month ago because I had previously bought a new Xbox for my sons birthday in November of 2021. We got the one controller that comes with it and then we also purchased a second blue controller. Had it for less than a year and we started experiencing stick drift in the right sticks in both controllers, along with the A button not always working unless you pushed the home Xbox button first. We purchased the pulse red xbox controller as of recent and it’s already experiencing stick drift on the left stick. Not impressed by the quality that Xbox has downgraded to in recent years as I have never had to replace a controller for any game system. Do not recommend.

Was a totally fine replacement for the regular controller that came with my Xbox One after that right bumper stopped working. Not even a few months later this did the same thing with the same button! What's the point of having to spend around $60 or more every time their stupidly designed bumpers break???

I don't own it but I am interested in it that if it does have a plug-in for your headset this is just a question thank you very much just in case for any other people who are wondering if it has a plug in for their headset

I bought this for my son the gamer. He likes it better than the one he had. It has non slip buttons which makes his moves more precise. I know I'm not describing this very well but I'm not a gamer, just a mom who got the right one.

It wasn't worth it to me to pay $20-30 more for a camo or game design. These are bright (I got the blue and red) but they're still cool. If you like the color you'd love it.
