Great price, it's a little bit upsetting that the new controllers are set up for the series X/S so a lot of the battery packs won't work. You may want to check before hand as the battery cover is completely different. Ordered a new charger\packs. I have the drop in style from Energizer that doesn't require you to remove the battery pack to charge. that's the type you may have an issue with

It's heavier than the original controller my x box came with. the Duracell batteries it came with are dead, so I went to transfer my rechargeable pack, also from Xbox. They don't fit. They altered the base the batteries rest on and now their own rechargeable batteries packs do not fit. Just looks better than the original. all it has going for it is the new share button. Honestly, if you can get an original for cheaper just do that.

I received my new Xbox controller and have used it for almost an hour and so far its ok. One thing i like about it is that it has the new USB C-port. But it is a new design so now I have to buy new rechargeable battery pack for it. My old old one works without the cover but its nice to have so batteries don't fall out as I'm playing and the sticks are a little stiff , is throwing my aim off in shooter games. But im sure once they've broken in they'll be fine and do the job. When i received it the box was in a unmarked plastic bag and the box and everything seemed to not have any damage when i opened it. I would buy again and recommend it to anyone needing a new controller.

do not buy discount controllers from tgis Walmart this one was discounted i got it for a present for my nephew amd we could not get it turn on no matter what batteries we used, so we fliped it over and the center x box button was stuck down even afyer pressing it and new batteries it still wont turn on,

love this controller all i can really complain about is the d-pad it feels very plastic same thing with the controller its self but u dont feel it after 10 mins and if ur complainging about ur rechargeables not fitting i use rechargeable batteries and they work but if u have a rechargeable pack then it most likely wont i dont use the share button its useless but others may use it idk i wish Microsoft makes a metal d-pad

Always used an elite and it took me awhile to get used to how lightweight it feels and batteries but rechargeable batteries is a must with this controller unless you wanna spend a-lot of money on batteries. Other than that I love it. Elite controllers always had a problem with stick drift and LB and RD just stopped working. This one has lasted longer and it’s cheaper. I like the capture button. Faster and easier to clip game play.

I purchased this in store. The employee got it out of the locked case, took it to the register, rang it up, and bagged it for me. When I got home to wrap it as a Christmas gift, I pulled it out of the bag and the box was already opened and damaged. This is not a brand new remote. Possibly a return but should not have been sold with such a damaged box. Im definitely returning it. Not sure how well it works, but I’m assuming not well after I read the other reviews. It seems to be an issue that people are receiving already opened boxes.

Love the controller but the box was busted open and clearly an employee (the shipping box was in perfect condition) yanked the free xbox live trial card out. I could careless about live, but that's pretty messed up since I have OCD and collect boxes and like to keep them in mint condition. Next time I'll go pick it up in person.
